Josie's Point of View

And there she was. Everything about her looking different, and she had been gone for two whole weeks. Her belly was even more swollen than I remembered. Breasts more full, hair longer.. darker. I know I fucked up pretty bad, to drive her out of the home we made for each other.

She was lounging on the couch like she had never even left. Just flipping through the channels with a hand on her belly. I decided to just start doing the talking, even though we both were to blame.

"I missed you Nia, so fuckin much. I'm sorry for everything I said to drive you away from your home, our home. You shouldn't be out staying just anywhere, especially with the babies." I looked up at her. She now lay on her side looking up at me, so damn angelic. This was going to take time to fix, and I had nothing but time..
