Months had passed since the wedding, Pandora was still her curious self but a lot had changed since then. She would spend most of her time roaming around in the castle, while she just told herself that it was just fun looking at the art but, deep down inside she was still looking for the box Zeus had given Epimetheus. He had hidden it so no one would find it because Zeus had told them not to open it.
Pandora did have one more thing to do now, which was pretty important. She would look after her daughter Pyrrha. She was blessed upon Pandora and Epimetheus as a nice wedding present from Zeus. They named her Pyrrha which means "fire" and Pandora loved her daughter very much, she would never leave her baby's side since Pyrrha was the second girl on earth.
Pyrrha was exactly like Pandora from her pale white skin to her flowy auburn locks and ocean blue eyes, except for the fact that Pyrrha was tiny.
Pyrrha was Pandora's only distraction from finding the box because other than that she had nothing to do and that made her eager to see what's in the box.

Like any other day, Pandora was looking around in the castle eager to find the box Zeus had given them as a wedding present. She was dragging her hand across the rough, stone wall in the isolated hallway. She was looking at a painting she had never seen before and that's when she heard an unfamiliar voice calling out to her and right there and then she had a sudden urge to follow it."Pandora" The voice quietly whispered as it echoed through the dark hallway.
The voice sent chills down her spine and for the very first time she knew what goosebumps felt like. It frightened her but she kept following it through gray, dark hallway. It was coming from everywhere. She put her hands on her ears to make the chilling voice stop. It was like the person calling her was right next to her but there was no one there. She finally reached the end of the hallway, it was a dead end. She turned around but then she felt something and she knew she should turn around. She turned around and where the dead end use to be, appeared wooden door. It had ancient designs carved into it as if something mysterious lied inside. She could've just walked away because that's what any normal person would do. But something no one had known was that Zeus had given Pandora one more gift. A gift that he had made specially for her. The gift of Curiosity.
It was easier for Pandora to just open the door since she knew she was going to open it eventually and if she didn't, the burden would slowly eat her up inside. Even though she knew she was going to open it she was deciding whether or not she should open. Then she had made up her mind, she was turning back but that's when she heard it again.
"Pandora, open the door." It spine-chillingly said.
However, this time was different this time Pandora wanted to listen to it and so she did. She slowly crept towards the door. The floor board creaked as if nobody had walked on them in centuries but all Pandora was focused on was the voice telling her to open the door. She didn't even care about what would happen, she just wanted to open that door. She reached for the dusty door knob, it creaked when she opened it and she finally pushed the door open.
She saw a rusty golden cupboard with some paint chipped off. Pandora knew there was no turning back now. She slid the cupboard door open and there it was a small golden box. It had greek writing carved on it but she was not interested in reading it. In this moment, she had forgotten all about Zeus's order, all she knew was that she wanted to see what was inside.
As soon as she knew that she was going to open it, the voices stopped. There was complete silence. She looked at it for a second and then she reached towards it not knowing what she was getting herself into.
When she put her hands on it, she felt a quick rush of adrenaline throughout her body. She felt stronger as if all of her emotions had heightened which meant her eagerness grew.
Pandora examined the box and then she lifted the lid. Suddenly she heard laughter. Golden lights shone on her and by opening it she had released something evil. Spirits flew out as if they were going to cause all the trouble they wanted to. She tried to shut it but it was too hard and after many pushes, she managed to close it. Many spirits had already escaped except for one but Pandora didn't know that something was left inside.
Elpis was still in that box, which means hope. Hope was the only thing that could stop this but Pandora had trapped it in not knowing what it was, which meant evil lingered near.
Pandora quickly put the box back and ran to Epimetheus. She told him what had happened and she could tell he was angry with her. He alerted everyone in the land that a great evil was on the loose but Pandora knew the evil she had released was unstoppable. All she cared about was Pyrrha but Pandora wasn't sure what would happen in their days to come because hope was trapped inside that box and no one would have a solution to this problem now that hope wasn't with them.
