Chapter 16

Anna's POV

Fuck. I didn't mean to say that. Well, I did but I know I hurt his feelings. 

"Babe, you don't mean this. I love you and I love our soon-to-be son or a daughter but... It's hard for me. I have to go to Belgium and then Italy and then I'm going to Asia and if you don't want to come with me I don't know what I will do." he looks at me almost with tears in his eyes.

I am now crying even more, I really don't know what to do. 

"Ok, I'll come to Belgium and to Italy with you but if you leave me alone for a single minute in paddock, I'm going back to Oviedo, with or without you." I tell him and wipe my tears away.

"With or without youuu..." he sings the U2 song and I can't help but laugh. "You are such an idiot." I tell him and he pulls me into a hug. "Yes, yes I am and that's why you love me."

AUGUST 20th, Spa-Francorchamps(Belgium)

Fernando's POV

She finally agreed to come with me here so I decided to take really good care of her while she is here. During the first two free practices she was with Jenni and Jess and all the other girlfriends in the paddock and for tomorrow she said she will stay at the hotel for the practice and qualy, so I called Seb's Hanna. She always stays in hotel because she hates the media and thexy can spent some time together. Since they are both pregnant they'll surely have something to talk about.

"Great job, Fernando! You have the best time of the free practice two! Come back to the garage. Car looks fine." I heard Andrea talking over the team radio. He forgot to turn of the microphone so I heard him Talking to Anna:"Do you want to tell him anything?" She jelled loud enough for me to hear her: "Yes, to come here as quicky as possible because my legs are killing me and I want to go back to the room. I started giggling and drive over to pits.

AUGUST 22nd, Spa-Francorchams (Belgium)-RACE DAY

Anna's POV

"Good luck!" I said and kissed him before he left the garage. He had problems yesterday and was starting far behind. 

I was talking to Luca about the race and the cars were getting ready for the start. 

Andrea's POV (Andrea Stella)

The engines were looking great but Fernando was far behing  to take the lead at the beginning. 

The lights went off and the race started. Grosjeand crashed with Hamilton, his car flying in the air, landing on Fernando. They all crashed into the wall. Fernando's car looked bad. "Fernando, how are you? Jump out, they car can start burning any second. Fernando? Fernando? Can you hear me, please, answer me! Fernando?" I was talking to him over the team radio but without answer. I heard the scream back in tha garage and I saw Anna running through the door, one of the mechanics stopping her and Luca talking to her.

I saw the doctors pulloing Fernando out of the car and he was soon on his legs, but they soon drove him away in the ambulance.

I pulled of the headphones and ran to the medical center.
