Chapter 17

Anna's POV

I was sitting next to his bed, he was still unconscious and I was still crying. He looked so weird. His face was white, his eyes were closed, his hair was wet nad he wasn't moving. My hands were shaking, my mind was blurred and I didn't know what to do. If he dies...

I covered my face with my hands and continue to cry. Something or someone touched my knee and when I lifted my head, Fernando's eyes were opened. "Shhh babe, don't cry, I'll be fine!" he said with his voice really silent. I started crying even more now and I took his hand and started to kiss it and he started wiping the tears away from my face. 

"Come here." he showed the space next to him in the bed. I tried to lay down next to him normally, not hurting the baby too much. He pressed his hand to the bump and whispered into my ear:"You know what was I thinking when I crashed?" I looked him into his eyes and shook my head. "I heard Andrea talking to me on the radio but my car was broken and I wasn't able to answer him and I was screaming into the microphone Tell Anna I love her no matter what happens!"

My eyes were full of tears again. "Do you know what was going through my mind when I saw the crash and heard that you aren't answering Andrea?"

"I love this idiot but scares the shit out of me?" Fernando giggles. "No! I was thinking about our baby growing up without father. You really scared me. You weren't answering on the radio and I thought you were dead. And stop laughing, it's not funny!"

"Shhh, I'm still here and I'm not going anywhere. The baby will grow up with both of the parents, don't worry. And I don't want to see you cry because of me again. I'm a two time champion and I'll be father very soon. I still have many things to do in my life." He pressed the kiss to my forehead and I finally wipped the tears from my eyes.
