Chapter 53

Three days...

Three days and my baby girl is still in the hospital.

Leo came back negative for any silver in his system. Now we just have to wait to see and trust me when I say that when I find out who did this I'm going to hurt them. Badly.

"Sweetie" my mother put her hand on my back.

"You need to go home and get some sleep"

"I can't leave" I said my voice sounding weak.

"Alexis you have to remember you have another child" she said.

"Mama I know that. I want to be with him, but my other child is in the hospital with silver running through her system" I felt a tear run down my face.

"Have Danny come and watch her while you go home and spend time with your son"

"Mama how did you do it?" I asked.

"Do what?"

"How did you and dad manage whenever Jay put me in the hospital?"

"I did what I'm telling you to do. Me and your dad took turns at the hospital. When I was at home and was here, when I was here he was at home" she explained.

"Okay" I grabbed my phone and called Danny.

"Lexi? What's wrong?breath happened?" He answered worried. He sounds scared.

"I'm coming home to look after Leo. Can you come to the hospital?"

"Of course" he said.

"What till I get home so I can stay with Leo"

"Okay" he said.

"I love you" I told him.

"I love you too" with that we hung up.

I walked back into Blossom's room and kissed her head.

"Mama's going to go see bubba now. Daddy is going to be here soon. I love you sweetie" I kiss her head once more then left.

I was driving home and stopped at a red light. I started pounding on the steering wheel yelling.

"Why? Why? Why? Why?!" I screamed.

"Alexis!" Someone knocked on my window.

"Luke?" I rolled down my window.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"Came from the pack house" he said.

"What are you doing here though?"

"This" he said and put a cloth over my mouth.

I held my breath in from whatever is on the rag. But because I have to breath to live I eventually gave in. I took a small breath and that was enough to let sleep take over my body.

I woke up in a classroom? But it wasn't an ordinary classroom. In was my classroom when I was in highschool.

Danny? I mind linked.

Sammy? Levi? Mama? Daddy? I tried. Yet I got no answer.

"You can stop that love" I turned my head to see Luke.

"What do you want with me?" I asked. I tried to stand up but I was tied to this desk. My old desk.

"Its not what I want. Its what he wants" he pointed towards the door.

"William" I stated. It was obvious he was behind this.

"Hello darling"

"What do you want with me?!" I screamed.

"That's the thing. I want you" he walked towards me and stopped at the desk next to me and sat down.

"Alexis I want you back. The kids to. I want us to be a family"

"Do you honestly think I'm going to leave Danny and take my kids to be with you. You kidnapped Blossom and you kidnapped me twice! I will never be with you again. Why can't you get that through your sick and twisted mind" I said.

"Why can't you see I'm your mate and you belong to me!" He yelled.

"You are NOT my mate! You beat me, cheated on me, kidnapped my daughter, and kidnapped me"

"Our daughter" he stated.

"My daughter. You lost your tittle as a father the moment you laid your hands on her, the moment you put the knife on her, the moment you put your hands on me, the moment you took her from me"

"You're impossible" he said and got up.

"I'm impossible? You're the one who can't realize I'm not yours, we're not mates, those aren't your kids, and that you should rot in hell" I smirk at my last comment.

"Watch your mouth" he commanded.

"You don't get to order me around anymore"

His face turned red as he raised his hand and slapped me. I screamed from the impact, but then shut my mouth. I wasn't going to give him the pleasure of seeing me in pain.

He looked at him and slapped me again. My head whipped to the left and I held in my whimper from the pain. I lifted my head back up to look at him not letting him get his way.

He looked at me with surprise, but then turned away and left the room. Now all I do is wait and try to escape.
