at that point of time, yerim was confused. like, why would mingyu ignore her and suddenly join another group? both of them shared the same interest and it doesn't make sense for mingyu to suddenly leave her all alone. unless he lost his interest so suddenly.

it continued on for days. yerim were forced to walk home alone, fitting herself awkwardly during lunch and of course, to solve her problems alone.

she hated it that mingyu could still put a smile on his face while she just sat there, trying so hard to move on but of course, failed to do so. she hated it that mingyu was the one who introduced her to the friendship world. she hated it that she felt something for that guy.

she expected mingyu to apologise to her, to make up for everything, to comfort her and to let her feel secured in his arms again.

but of course, with new friends, he forgot everything.

and hopelessly, she tried so hard to mend their broken friendship. she did everything. wrote a letter but threw it away because of how fake it was, sent voicemails but canceled it, got help from someone but found out that she was supporting another party. literally everything.

to find out that at the end of the day, he did nothing to save everything.
