"yerim-ah, where are you? i thought you wanted to-"

mingyu's face suddenly softened seeing how peaceful yerim looked. one look and she could wash his anger away. no exaggeration.

and yes, yerim was at his apartment. she came well-planned- wanting to watch movies, cuddle and eat pizzas but low and behold, she fell asleep first.

everything that had occurred all along seemed like a dream to him. he had never imagined holding hands with her, eat with her and even get included in her life.

he was trying hard to payback everything. not with money but with sincerity, love and determination to win her love back.

there are times where yerim wanted to him to stop but the outcome would be unsatisfying- he will not learn anything.

"gyu? why are you standing there? do you need anything?"

"ya! you have a lot of plans that you want to do. i am waiting for you, silly."

mingyu couldn't stop fidgeting. he didn't know how to tell her this. be a man and just tell her. she wouldn't get-

"hey, are you ok? you seem very lost."

"uh, jagi, i may or may not accidentally eat the pizza that you have ordered."

"i guessed it. well, wanna know something? you are cooking for us then. good luck, handsome."

she left with a smirk.
mingyu could only afford to pout sadly.

"please help me, jagi! i am not good at all these women things."

"excuse you, do you only think of housework and kitchen things when we are talking about women? men can do it too. sometimes better than us."

mingyu stayed silent. physically, he looked like he was sad and gloomy. but he actually loved seeing this side of her.

"if you couldn't do it, just pass it to me."

he immediately passed the apron to her, feeling happy that with his cute little puppy face, he was able to soften yerim' s heart.

at that point of time, the doorbell rang. they didn't expect any visitors today so her confusion went wild because who the hell would want to come on sundays?

"waddup man! long time no see! i miss you, bro!"

"yerim-ah! the whole squad is here! make sure to prepare more for them! come on in guys."

first of all, yerim didn't expect that many people to come. how is she going to feed 13 mouths?

second of all, this was supposed to be a movie date between both of them. not all of them.

third of all, why them?

she immediately pulled mingyu into his own room and started talking.

"why did you invite them? you know how they hate me, right?"

"it's my own apartment, yerim. don't you think you're overreacting?"

mingyu slammed the door and got out of his room.

yerim trailed behind him soon after and

"congratulations to our new couple, mingyu and yerim! we wish you for the best in whatever you guys do! enjoy this relationship happily, alright! that's all from us!"

gosh seungkwan, too loud.

bright balloons, delicious-looking cupcakes and sparkly confetti greeted yerim by surprise.

"turn around, yerim!"

the sight of mingyu on his knees just made her heart grew weaker by second.

"don't worry, this isn't the proposal yet. i will do that soon but for now, i want you to know that you're the most beautiful woman i have ever met. you've been there for me through it all. i know, i have more things to make up for all my ridiculous mistakes but i am grateful that you still accept me for whoever i may be. now, for the second time, will you be my girlfriend?"

"of course, i have always been yours."

"sorry to interrupt you guys, but we are sorry yerim for all the things that we have done. we will never do it again."

"it is fine guys, don't worry."

"hey, that's unfair. you should say that to me too."

"i am sorry baby but decisions are hard enough to change. don't worry, despite all that, i still love you."

mingyu's heart melted hearing that.
