EDITED
It's finally Friday now. For the last few days I've been hanging out with Greyson, Kyle, Jason and Eric at lunch. Not that I had a choice really. After the whole Tia incident I haven't actually been allowed anywhere alone. One of them has been with me at all times. I feel like a twat having my own personal body guards but at least they are funny.

I never did tell Zekie what happened. He would have blamed himself for not being here and the last thing I need is that drama from him. I mean I love him but he's a drama queen.

It's lunch now. I haven't actually seen Eric all day which is weird. I'm supposed to be tutoring him in gym today but if he doesn't turn up I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

"Taves you gonna sit with us today?" Zekie questions me.

"Sure why not" I reply. I feel like I've neglected him for the last few days. I mean we never usually spend this much time apart. It may sound weird but we've only ever had each other to rely upon.

We enter the packed cafeteria and I instantly see Sam and Evan. Mainly due to the fact Evan is waving at me like an idiot.

"Hey Tavi long time no see. We were starting to think you were avoiding us" Evan practically shouts.

"No just you. I missed Sam" I smile.

Sam starts to chuckle along with Zekie.

"Aww I missed you too Tavi" Evan hugs me.

I instantly stiffen I hate being touched. I don't cope with it very well. I've never felt like this around Eric though and he picks me up all the time. Hmm weird.

"Lay of Evan" Zekie pulls him off me with aliases off look on his face. Something I'm grateful for, well not the pissed off look but that's just because he cares.

"So you guys going to that party tonight?" Sam asks

"What party?" I look at them with my eyebrows furrowed.

"Seriously Tavi where have you been" Evan shouts "it's only the biggest party of the year"

"Yes but what is it for?"

"No clue it's a tradition. Nobody knows how it started it just happens" Sam answers this time at a more appropriate volume.

"So you guys in?" Evan is screeching again.

Eric and I both glance at each other. Waiting for the other one to answer first.

"Taves?" Zekie prods

"I guess if your down for it"

"Great we will see you there then" Evan smiles as Sam rolls his eyes.

The rest of lunch passes relatively quickly. Evan just goes on about how great the party will be but I zoned out thinking about other things like why the hell I of all people agreed to go to a party.

Once the bell has gone I head to coach Storms office to ask what I'm supposed to do today as Eric isn't in.

I don't know why but I don't bother knocking. I think I'm too comfortable with coach. As I walk into the room I freeze. All the air seems to leave my lungs. I wasn't expecting to see this.

Coach is sat at her desk watching some of the tapes from my portfolio. This particular one is from the last European championship I competed in. I one grand champion in it with golds in all my devisions. At my level there are 4 devisions staff spinning, forms, techniques and as in every martial art sparring.
