I thought I was healed,
I thought I was okay...
but the cast has pealed,
And my hope has flown away..
I thought it was okay to play,
And to be free...
But now I have gone astray,
And no one can see the real me..
Once again the darkness creeps in,
And I lay here...
With no way, no hope to win,
My only emotions escaped through my single tear.
Now I'm numb,
And I'm alone.
I can't feel my heart beat like a drum,
As I once and give up my throne.
Everything that goes right,
Suddenly goes wrong.
My heart is squeezed tight,
As I'm scared of what's next...
