I continued walking through the tunnel. I walked for a few minutes and in the distance I saw lights. Very bright neon lights. The lights made the tunnel very hot. I started to get dizzy and everything became blurry. I saw dots everywhere and my vision was closing in on itself. The tunnel started spinning. The fear was thriving inside me. I felt myself hit the ground. Traps have hit me again.
I woke up with a burning sensation all over my body. It felt like I walked on a shag carpet and reached for the light switch. I screamed. The pain was worsening. I could barely move. I looked down. Thousands of fire ants where covering my body. I started to cry. Insects were one of my biggest fears. I screamed and tried to wipe them off. They held on. I stood up and shook my body. I tore off my clothes and picked off the remaining ants. Bite marks everywhere.
I ran over to my backpack and grabbed new clothes.  I got water and took off running from the ants. I ran for what seemed like 3 hours but was only 10 minutes. The pain was still excruciating. I grabbed a small bottle out of my backpack that read Advil. I took 2 of them and continued to walk towards the end of the tunnel. Hoping I would get there alive.
