Chapter 34

~Liza POV~

Today me and David are going up to Chicago to see his family then we are going to Texas to see mine. This is going to be a long week.

Me and David are currently sitting on the couch eating icecream out of coffee mugs because we are to lazy to wash bowls. Are bags are already packed so we got time to kill.

L:" what time is our flight"
D: " We have to have to leave in an hour to make it to the airport."
L:" oh okay"

~Time lapse~

Time flies bye. Before I knew it we had to go up to the airport. The car ride up there was really quite until i spoke up.

L:" Do your parents know"
D:" No I wanted to tell them together so I waited"
L:" Do you think they will be okay with it"
D:" Liza, they love you"
L:" Are you sure"
D:" Liza, even if they did care it wouldn't matter. I'm marrying you with or without their approval. I love you to much not to"
L:" I love you so much you know that"
D:" But I love you even more"
L:" that's not possible"
D:" Yes it is cuz I do and always will"
L:" Nope, I loved you first so that means I love you more"
D:" Fine we love each other the same"
L:" Fine... But I still love you more"
D:" Whatever"

He looks over at me and smiles. I smile back. I lean over the seat and kiss his cheek.

L:" We need to start planning"
D:" I know... Do you have a day you want it for"
L:" We need to decide that together. Its not just my decision"
D:" I don't know let's think of this when we get on the plane"
L:" okay that's fine"
D:" but honestly I'm fine with any day as long as i get to marry the most beautiful girl"
L:" awww babe"
D:" Where is Stacy anyway"
L:" heyyy"

I slap his chest then laugh. He laughs along with me.

The rest of the ride was just me admireing my handsome fiance. Just staring at him. He would also steal a few glances at me and smile when he sees I'm still looking at him.

Whe just made it to the airport. David got all our stuff out of the back and handed mine to me and took my other hand. We walked in with our fingers intertwined.

We made our way through security and got on the plane.

L:" Okay so dates?"
D:" Ya, sure I'll take you on a date"
L:" That's not what I meant... Like dates for the wedding"
D:" Oh okay... Ummmm let's do a summer wedding"
L:" Okay great that's what I wanted to do anyway"
D:" Great... now what month"
L:" June?"
D:" Ya that's perfect... Not to hot not to cold"
L:" Okay so now we need a date"
D:" How about the 27th"
L:" Ya that works and if we need to we can always change it"
D:" Ya"

About five minutes later some people came and sat in the seats next to us. Me and David were in the middle two seats and they were on the outside. There was a guy next to me and a girl next to David. I think they might have been a couple. But I'm not really sure to be honest. I look over at David and he is staring at me and smiling his gorgeous smile.

L:" what"?
D:" Your just so beautiful"
L:" Shut up"
D:" why"
L:" Because you are lying when you say that"
D:" No I'm not Liza. Your the most beautiful girl I know. I've never met anyone who was prettier. Not even movie stars."
L:" Thank you"
D:" Anytime beautiful" He kisses my for head
L:" we need to pick a colour scheme"
D:" How about I pick a colour then you will pick the other one"
L:" Okay well what color do you want"
D:" Light gray"
L:" Okay well I want a salmon so that works perfectly"
D:" We were made for each other what did I tell you"
L:" We are aren't we"
D:" Yes we are"
(The people names are Samantha and James)

S:" You guys are so cute together... Your a couple right?"
D:" Yes, we are... We are actually getting married in June"
S:" Oh... How long have you guys been together"
L:" Almost a year"
S:" See you don't need to be together forever before you get engaged,James "
J:" Hmm what... Sorry"
S:" they haven't even been together for a year and they are engaged so you need to step up your game"
J:" Shut up"
L:" I say that to David all the time"
D:" Ya only when I call you beautiful though"
L:" duh"
D:" Okay so I'm David... This is Liza... What's your guys names"
S:" I'm Samantha and this is James"
D:" Okay great"

The flight attendant came over the intercom and told us to put on our swat belts and put away all electronics. We did so and waited for the take off.

~~Time lapse~~

The plane has just landed and we are all filing off. I lose David in the process so I'm outside waiting by the gate.

I then see James and Samantha and walk over to them. They seem super lost.

L:" Have you guys never been to Chicago before?"
S:" Nope its our first time... We are from Texas and have been traveling"
L:" Oh I'm from Texas"
S:" Wait really"
L:" Ya... and if you want me and David can show you around... David is from here so ya"
S:" Visiting family?"
L:" Yup... We are telling them that we got engaged... I'm really hoping they don't mind"
S:" Why would they mind"
L:" I'm just scared that they don't want me to marry David"
S:" I'm sure they are fine with it"
J:" Ya, I'm sure you have nothing to worry about it"
L:" Okay thanks guys"
S:" No problem"
L:" I'm glad to have met you guys"
J:" We are happy we met you guys too"

Just then I see David coming out of the gate. I walk over to him and tell him that we are showing them around. We all get in a uber Van and drive around chicago.

When we get to their hotel we exchange number just in case they get lost.

We pull out of there and go to Davids parents house. We are staying in David's old bedroom. It most likely looks like the last time that I saw it unless his mom came and cleaned it.

Whe finally make it and grab all our stuff out of the uber and make our way up to the front of the house. No cares are in the drive way so I don't think that anybody is home.

David gets the spare key out of the pot and opens the door.

We make our way up to his bedroom.

I'm having troubles with the suitcase so David graves it out of my hands and takes it up with no problem.

L:" God, over achiever much"
D:" You looked like you were having trouble so I figured that I would help you"
L:" Your so sweet"
D:" I know I am"
L:" Your supposed to say thank you"
D:" Of, I'm sorry, thank you for the compliment Liza"
L:" Your welcome"
D:" Your so weird"
L:' Thank you"
D:" Your welcome"
We both laugh a little

When we get into his bedroom we throw the suitcases in the corner and lay on the bed together.

He is laying on the bottom. I'm next to him kinda on top of him with my arm around his waist. His arm is around min bringing me closer and I lay my head down on his chest.

Before I knew it I was falling asleep...

I get awoken by David talking on the phone. He is trying to talk quietly but its not helping. I listen in. Its him and his mom.

D:" What do you mean you won't be here till tomorrow"
DM:" Our flight got canceled due to the snowstorm up here"
D:" Okay I will see you tomorrow then"
DM:" Okay love you"
D:" Love you too"

He hits the end button and looks down at me.

D:" I'm sorry I woke you"
L:" Its fine... I can go back to sleep"
D:" Ill sleep with you"
L:" Okay " I smile

I cuddle up next to him again. He kisses my forehead.

L:" Love you"
D:" I love you too"

And with those words I slowly fall asleep.

Hey, guys... I know the chapter is short but I had to get something up since I'm going on vacation tomorrow. I prolly wont  be able to post at all for a while. At least a week. I'm going to Florida!!! I'm super excited!! we may stay for longer than a week tho so it may be awhile... Well that's all I have for you guys today... Little white girl is out byeeeeee!!!
