"It's such a nice weather don't you think, son?" My father muttered and looking at me intently.

I didn't reply to his question and continued eating my dinner. I don't want to talk to a psycho like him.

I finished eating but he is still looking at me.

"Why won't you answer my question, son?" My heart started to pound and I quickly looked straight to his eyes.

"It is a nice weather, father." I emphasized the 'father' and forced a smile at him.

"How's school?" He asked me again and I didn't took my eyes off him.

"All things are going fine, father." I am well prepared for this conversation. Even if I don't want to talk to him, I have to do it. He can do anything he want.

He sipped his last drop of hot cocoa and stood up from his chair.

"I'll be gone for a day, Xenon. Take care of the house while I'm gone." He told me and handed me an envelope. I assumed it'll be my allowance for tomorrow.

I stood up as soon as he left the room and went straight to my room.

"Everyone, we'll be having a visitor today. He's Xenon's dad and he'll be teaching us about 'Happiness'." I was still 9 years old that time when dad literally came to my school with his office uniform on.

"Hello, everyone. I'm Xavier Aquiro. I'm Xenon's dad. Nice to meet you all." He was smiling that time as he introduce himself in front of my class.

'Hypocritical bastard' i thought to myself.

"Before we start. I want to ask you, what is happiness? And what does it mean to you?" He asked and glanced an eye at me.

"Happiness is having tons of money!" the girl who sits in front of the class answered.

"Happiness is when you can dominate others!" the other kid who wears glasses answered.

"There are all types and all kinds of happiness on this world. Jut like having a tons of money or dominating others. But do you know? There are also disadvantages while having that sort of happiness." My father muttered as he wrote the word 'Happiness' in the board.

"What kind of disadvantages, sir?" The other girl in class asked.

"Uhm.. There is always danger that you'll have to compensate for them to something else." and he looked at me. I averted my eyes to avoid his gaze.

The class was quiet. No one dared to speak. I bet no one understand him.

"Ah? Is it hard to understand?" he laughed.

"to put it simply, you may end up losing things a lot in order to become happy." He explained.

"The things you lose when you're rich." He muttered while looking at me. I stared at his face blankly.
