Harry's P.O.V.: (5:57 P.M.)

After seeing Lili and Jill sleeping on the bed, it reminded me of the times Gemma and I would fight and then got too tired to argue any more and we'd forgive each other the next morning. I realized I was homesick.

Badly.

Louis and I crossed the living room to report what we saw. Afterwards, I lay down and clicked speed dial 3, my mum.

"Hi love! Missed you!" Mum shouted into the phone. I assumed she had it on speaker and was doing something else.

    "Hey, me too. How's Gemma?"

"Good. Healthy. Alive. She misses you, a lot, with her new flat and all. You should ring her up after this.” Gemma- missing me? Impossible. I was just her annoying little brother.

“How’s Dusty?” I was referring to my lovable cat. “You didn’t starve him, did you?”

“No, Harry, I didn’t. He’s getting a little plump actually. How’s your tour?”

“Good, matter of fact, I found myself a fan girlfriend!”

“Already? This is only your first stop, though! You’ll have another concert over in Liverpool next week. What’s the bird’s name?” I laughed when she tried using the slang term for girlfriend.

“Lilac Gamez. Turns out I met her last year during my X Factor audition.” I guess I could tell my mum that much. Niall waved goodbye and told me to say hi to Mum. Louis ran off to find Zayn. “And Niall says, ‘Hi’.”

“X Factor! That was a year ago... remember the accident you had?” I could hear small sobbing sounds coming from the other end. Mum always got emotional when talking about that fourteen hour coma I had in the hospital room in Manchester.

“Mum, you alright?” I asked worriedly.

“Y-yeah. I’ll be alright. You’re alive and well so that’s all that matters. And that girl’s name sounds a little familiar. Should I know her?” How odd, Mum shouldn’t know who Lili was. I just re-met her two days ago and from as much as my memory would give me, Lili had certainly not met my mother.

“No, don’t think so,” I finally decided after more thought.

“I’ll call you if I remember that girl’s name. I honestly think I know her. Maybe I’m just getting old. Well, I’m making cookies for Robin. He’s a little hungry. Talk to you soon!”

“Love you.” The phone clicked and the call ended. I rang up Gemma. She picked up immediately.

“Hey Hazza! How’ve you been?” my sister’s voice was tired, but trying to be energetic.

“Great! You sound a little tired. Been getting enough sleep?”

“No, it’s been hard. I had to move loads of boxes in yesterday and the roomie isn’t coming till Friday ‘cause she lives all the way in Glasgow,” she complained, but stopped and huffed. “‘Nough talking about me, though. How’s the tour? Meet any girls?” I swear I could hear her wiggling her eyebrows.

“Yep, name’s Lilac Gamez. Met her backstage at Sunday’s concert.”

  “Gamez? Sounds awful familiar.”

“Mum said the same thing!” I said, shocked.

“I wouldn’t stray on something Mum says. She’s getting a little mental, you know,” Gemma joked, chuckling. I laughed softly. “When you coming back from the tour? I’m lonely.” She pouted.
