I stood alone in a crowded room, catching quick glances of every person suddenly racing throughout the house in there under-garments completely wasted or the people simply making love in the romantic comfort of the bath-tub since all the bedrooms were occupied. Which wasn't much of a shocker due to the fact that there were more than an estimate of one thousand people crowded into a large home not counting the pool of course. That was a different story of course.
I could hear the splash and clangs of bottles crashing against each other proposing drinks, the pool water splashed, Teenagers were skinny dipping.
Music Roared throughout the entire building...more like city but yet I stood here and awaited for Police Officers to crash yet.. nothing. Not one Single Complaint. Which didn't surprise me he was Luke Hemmings Of Course.
I gripped on tighter of the cup that carried a clear foreign substance in it, I didn't bother to drink it considering some stranger offered me it tonight, I regretted ever coming, This wasn't me. It wasn't Fun. I much rather be at home studying for my Mid-Terms in April. I admit I was a geek, but it didn't bother me. I enjoyed being a 'High School Nerd.'
I looked to my left and spotted Alisons Blonde wavy beach curls ruffling up and down due to the fact that 'Pony-Tail Derek' had been crazily making out with her. It looked more like they were attempting to eat each others faces off, I snickered at my slick comment.
I looked to my right where I spotted a group of blondes snickering away and murmuring things starring at someone or at me? I turned around to only face him.
Luke Hemmings.
He adjusted his collar and pulled down his loose fannel, licking his lips while I believed he made eye-contact with me, but continued to roll his eyes. His tongue made touch with the lip piercing he had....which is when I realized...I was starring at him. I looked quickly down at the drink my hand. "Who Invited you here?" He spoke.
Shit. He knew. I didn't mean to crash Luke's Party alright? Alison forced me too! I began making multiple excuses and apologies I would turn into him.
"S-sorry I-I" the guy suddenly began stuttering with fear. I knew him.
Stuttering Tom, he often stuttered in between questions do to his social anxiety.
"G-Get T-the he-hell out" Luke mocked in a rather rude way, I could hear the other girls quickly snickering away giggling.
"Gosh, Lukey such an amazing party!" she gushed before clinging onto his arm, he quickly pushed her off. "Maybe... sometime we could hook-up sometime." Even though I was a feet away, I could already smell the thirst mixed with liquor.
I couldn't handle being in the same area of him, he was a jock. People Obeyed him. I wouldn't risk myself to stand here like an idiot just starring down at the substance in my cup acting like I didn't possibly hear anything he was saying. I was a target to people like him, Anti-social, Loser, Poet, Straight A's. I admit I had lied about being a proud 'nerd' I wasn't but there was no possibility of me ever being popular like them which I didn't mind.. I made my way roughly through the crowd not bothering how fast I was going and suddenly I felt my body crash into someone else's, I peered down looking that the liquid in the cup was gone and all over someones red fannel. My heart quickly picked up speed, my cheeks flourished. "What The Hell Is Your Problem!" He roared.
I looked up only to find Luke Hemmings in the flesh speaking to me
Kelsey Winters.
"Oh, Fuck" the words quickly slipped from my mouth.
