V. Invitation

It's been two weeks of non stop preparation for the comeback with recording done and album photoshoot. Today, the music video filming starts.

I arrive in the building for the shoot around 7. The lights, backdrop, stage, and outfits prepared for use. I carefully join the other girls with the stylists once I catch sight of them in the dressing room.

Entering the room. Seoyhyun springs to her feet.

"Tae, I missed you," Seohyun hugs me.

"We saw each other yesterday." I rise my hand onto her back and give her a few pats. I saw her when we were recording a part together in the new song. Also during individual photos since we were partnered together.

"I didn't get the chance to talk with you." She pulled away, holding my only hand available since I was holding my purse in the other. "I wanted to but you left so quickly after." She pouted.

"Did something happen? You rushed out." I shake my head and smile.

"Not at all. It was an exhausting day. I wanted to get home to rest."

"More like she wanted to see her hubby." Sooyoung cuts in with a teasing tone.

I ignore her and concentrate on Seohyun. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." She softly smiles. "Let's finish work today early." She lefts go of my hand.

I sit in the chair meant for me, placing my bag down on the ground. The stylists appear into room, chatting and gossiping while getting us ready.

It didn't take long for filming to start. Tiffany stood next to me as we watched Seohyun start her individual part. While the girls were either still getting ready or playing around.

"How did it go with Minjae?" Tiffany glances over at me. The last time me and Tiffany saw each other was the ice cream place two weeks ago. After that our schedules haven't been aligned. "Did you talk to him?"

"Yeah, we are fine. He just wanted to spend time with me." I explained. At first, when I told him that I was I'm sorry he was a little distance then he apologized for getting worked up the next morning. Preparing breakfast for me before work while I laid in bed.

"I told you." She smiled and nudged my arm. "Nothing to worry too much about."

I nod my head slowly as I turn it back on Seohyun. We watched Seohyun pose for the camera. The lights flashing all-around.

"How did the date with Nichkhun go?" Tiffany looked towards me, tilting her head while knitting her eyebrows together.

"I didn't tell you?" I shake my head.

"It was good. He was a gentleman and he made me laugh. It was better than I thought it would be."

"Are you going on a second date with him?"

"Definitely but I have no idea when. Our activities will increase after we comeback." Tiffany's smile fell.

"I think he will understand. He knows what it is like."

"Hopefully. I don't want us to wait too long because I don't want to stop something that hasn't had a chance to start."

Standing in silence for a few minutes. It take long for the silence to disappear as Yoona and Hyoyeon appear out of the dressing room. Their makeup and hair done.

"Tiffany, did you get to tell her our plans?" Hyoyeon walked over to us, placing her arm on Tiffany's shoulder. Gesturing her head towards me. While, Yoona calmly took her place between me and Tiffany.

"Plans? If this is about some prank I don't want-"

"Of course not. We aren't ten." Yoona said waving her hand. "After shooting, we are planning to go out to eat." She explained.

"Where do you plan on going?" I shifted my eyes between the three younger girls. Unsure if this was still about eating out. They have tricked me in the past.

"We are going to that restaurant that we would sneak out to go to during trainee days, remember?" Tiffany smiled.

I nod my head, "It's been years since we last went." That restaurant were we made our first memories together. It was a second haven away from home, where we would talk freely about our hardships.

"Does that mean you are coming? Or do you have to check with Minjae?" Yoona hangs on my shoulder, slightly pouty.

"You should bring Minjae along if you can. It won't matter since Sooyoung's boyfriend is joining us." Sooyoung's boyfriend has went to eat out with us before. A few times actually. Although, he is usually the only guy. He fits right in with us like he was apart of the group from the start.

"Yeah. I will call him and see if he wants to join us."

"This would be a good time to get to know him." Yoona said. Minjae met the girls a couple of times but they were brief interactions. Nevertheless, they thought was sweet and charming. "Plus, he can get to know Sooyoung's boyfriend."

"I think we are going to have a good time." Hyoyeon said with a small smile on her lips. While Tiffany and Yoona nodded.

I hope so.
