My first three classes pass in a blur. I'm walking to my favourite class, reading. I walk in and read the board, "PLEASE STAND AROUND THE ROOM, YOU WILL BE GETTING NEW SEATS! THANK YOU!" If you read that, you will know that this is one of the nicest teachers. Ever.

I glance around the room, not looking for anyone in particular. But then my eyes land on someone whom I wished wasn't in this class. Dylan.

It's not that he is mean, just that I can't think straight when I'm around him. At least that crazy red haired girl isn't with him. I then see him reading a book. I try to get a closer look... It's a book about World War 2. He's so smart... SNAP OUT OF IT, CAS! Great, I'm having an argument with myself in my head. Not crazy at all...

I decide to lean against a wall and reread the Insurgent book (for like the billionth time) I still wonder why she went with her boyfriend's father, when she knew he was mean and very abusive. And that her boyfriend would be VERY mad.

"What are you reading?" a calm voice asks. Uh-oh, I know that voice. It's Dylan!

"Umm..." THINK, THINK! "It's called Insurgent, by Veronica Roth. She's only one of the best authors, ever! Well... Except for Allegiant..." I say.

"What's it about?" he asks.

I think he's actually interested! But what if he's not? Eh.... It's a risk I'm willing to take.

"It's about a girl and boy, Tris and Four, or Tobias. They are working together to get Dauntless back together, take down Erudite, and avenge the murders of Abnegation. They are also trying not to kill Peter and Marcus, Peter is her enemy and Marcus is his abusive father. And when this is going down, trying to keep their relationship steady. Well... All the fans knew they could do it because... Well... Their FOURTRIS!" I say, rambling.

"That sounds interesting, but I have one question." he says.

"And what would that be?"

"What are Dauntless, Erudite, and Abnegation?" he asks

WHAT?!?! How does he not know that... Oh... He's never read the books.

"They are three of the five Factions, the other two are Amity and Candor. Eath Faction believes a certain thing and acts upon it. The Dauntless are the brave, the Erudite are the smart, the Abnegation are the selfless, the Amity are the kind, and the Candor are the honest." I say "Did I mention this is 150 years in the future?"

"Dang..." is all he responds with.

I must be nervous, because I'm talking really, really fast. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!

"Sounds interesting, I'll have to read it."

"Y-you would read a book at m-my recommendation?" I say stuttering a little more than normal.

"Well... Yeah, I guess. It's just the way you described it that made it sound so interesting." he says with a crooked grin.

HE THINKS I'M INTERESTING!!!!! My heart is basically pounding out of my chest. I think it really might... I reach up and start fumbling with my necklace.

"What's that?" he asks pointing to my necklace.

"It's the Dauntless symbol, it..." What do I say? I can't say 'Yeah it has magical powers, with it I can go into books. Want to try?' If I said that, he would think I was crazy.

"It... Was a birthday gift," I say. Nice cover, Cas!

"It's really cool," he says taking the charm in his hand.

We are so close. Six inches at most. I feel like it should be smaller. But I'm to shy to do anything. Yet. The teacher soon comes in and sits down behind her desk. She has curly brown hair and no makeup, she said she almost never wears it. She is about 5'5 with a pretty flowered dress and deep blue flats. She may look care free, but she can be strict. That's why she is my favorite teacher.

"You will get your seats now..." she says. "This row will be..."

Cliffhanger! Well.. not a big one, but still. This is one of the longer chapters that I will have to split into two chapters. So I think I'm going to do a QOTD (question of the day) so... yeah.

QOTD: What is your favorite book(s)?

AOTD: Divergent Series, The Fault In Our Stars, almost any Dear America books.
