Chapter 13

Max's p.o.v

"ADAM I SWEAR TO GOD!"

"WHEEZYYYYYYY!"

We got bored of Super Smash so we decided to play Mario Kart, and Adam just freaking passed me and is in 1st. "Just give up Max! You can't defeat me!", Adam yelled. "Ah but that that is where you are wrong, CAUSE I JUST PASSED YOUR ASS!", I yelled in my butt knight voice, that last part being in my real voice. As I said that I passed Adam, crossing the finish line and coming in 1st place. 

"Maaaaax I almost won!" Ross yelled pouting. "Ross you were in last place," Red rolled his eyes. "And 2 laps behind, " Adam added. "And you were camped in the middle of the track trying to sabotage the rest of us!" Barney finished. "It was terrible...." Tim shivered, reliving the horrible memory of Ross throwing blue shells at him.  Ross pouted again. "I can't believe Max won, " Adam groaned.

"Hey, you just gotta...let it go!", I mocked. "I thought you hated Elsa jokes?" Barney said lifting his head up from his slouched position. "It's okay when I do it," I smirked.

Shelby's p.o.v

I pulled into a driveway. The house was average sized, average looking, yet still intimidating. I really want to make some friends, and knowing that possibly new ones were in that house, made me nervous.

I looked down at the address Em gave me to double check I was at the right place.

Crap.

I was. I was way too nervous to walk inside, but something made me get out of my car and walk to the door. I took a deep breath, and knocked. I heard footsteps on the other side of the door walking closer.

Is it too late to run?

The door opened, and I was greeted by Em. "Hey Shelby! Glad you came!", she smiled. "Glad you invited me!", I smiled back. "Come on in!" She gestured me inside.

I walked in and looked around me. It was a nice home. I followed Em to the living room and saw two other girls, who I assumed were Jess and Alesa.

"Wazzup Shelbs! I'm Jess! But I'm sure you've already heard a lot about meh," Jess says then flips her hair incredibly sassy. "Don't flatter yourself Jess, " Alesa rolls her eyes.

Jess dramatically pouts, and I start to giggle. I think I'm going to like these girls.

Max's p.o.v

We decided to take a break and chill in the kitchen. I grabbed an apple and took a bite. "Spread some budder on it, it'll taste better", Adam said opening a bag of chips. "Dude your disgusting," I chuckled. "Hello! He's the budder king! It's part of his diet!" Barney joked. Adam tossed a chip into his mouth. "I swear that title makes me sound like a fat ass."

"You are a fat ass," Red joked. "Bitch say that to ma face!" Adam laughed while shoving a handful of chips in his mouth.

I chuckled shaking my head. I head back to the living room to wait for the guys to finish their snacks. I get out my phone and look at my Instagram. I noticed I was tagged in a photo by someone, so I click the photo. It was some butt knight fan art.

"THAT PICTURE IS QUITE PRETTY!" I hear Ross screech in his butt knight voice. He was looking over my shoulder from behind the couch. "Jesus Ross you scared the hell outta me!" "If I scared the hell out of you then why am I still speaking to Satan himself?" Ross laughed at his joke. I glare at him and roll my eyes.

"What do you want Ross?" "Weeelllll...." Oh god he wants something. " I've noticed you and Shelby don't get along." "Really what makes you say that?" I say sarcastically. "Well you did tell me you didn't like her, and you did have a fight with her," Ross says clearly not noticing the sarcasm.

"So? What do you want me to do?" "Nothing!" "Wait what?" I thought he was gonna make me do something. Thank god. "All you have to do is listen to what I've got to say." Great so I do have to do something. I have to to listen to what Ross has to say about his annoying cousin.

I roll my eyes. "I don't want to listen to what you've got to say about that rainbow." "Too bad cause you're gonna listen!" I groan.

"Why do you hate her?" " Ross I already answered that." "Well there's nothing to hate about her." "Oh yeah? Try and prove me wrong."

Ross thinks for a moment. "Well, she's incredibly sweet, she loves helping people, and she is super adorable." "Is that supposed to change my mind?"

"Max."

"What?"

"Please try to get along with her."

"Where is this even coming from Ross?"

"You're my best friend, she's my favorite cousin, I want you guys to at least tolerate each other!"

"Not gonna happen, after that fight we had, I don't see it happening anytime soon."

Ross's p.o.v

Oh man, this plan isn't turning out too well. I mean Max is right, if I had a fight with someone like that, I sure wouldn't want to be around them.

Since my side of the plan isn't working too well, hopefully Em's is.

Shelby's p.o.v

After spending some time with these girls, i really started to bond with them. I could tell we were already great friends. I'm super happy that I made some friends.

"So Shelbs, what do ya think about Sky Media?" Alesa asks. I think for a moment. "Well for the most part, everyone is super nice!" "Most part? What's the other part?" Jess asked.

"Well, Shelby had a bit of an argument with a certain ginger," Em answered. "Was it Red?"
Em face palms. "No, it was Max" I sighed.

"Oh that makes more sense!" Jess laughs. Alesa shakes her head and smiles. "Geez, a fight on your first day"

"Well it's not my fault, he kept being an ass to me for no reason. I don't why but he just hates me." "Don't take it personally, he hates everyone." "I heard."

"Don't worry Shelbs, he can come off as a Mad Max, but there are times he can be a Glad Max." "I'll be the judge of that."

WOOOOO!!!!! 1061 words! Are ya proud of me!?!??? I figured since I haven't updated in awhile I should give you guys an extra long chapter. So yea!
