Forever - Embry Call FF

Chapter 3

"What did I tell you about beauty sleep?" Is the first thing I hear when I enter Alice's room. There in front of me is Alice, scolding Bella.

"Yeah Bells, you look like hell." I chime in, moving to give her a hug. She rolls her eyes, pushing me away.

"Careful of the baby." Alice scolds again. Bella groans, throwing her head back as I laugh. I stand behind her, playing with her hair. Rosalie walks in, sending me a smile. Out of all the Cullens/Hales, Rose is my favorite. After telling me her story, we grew close. She was the first person I told I was pregnant. She even made it her mission to help provide items; which I tried to tell her we were fine, but she insisted.

"Do you need any help? I could do her hair?" She asks Alice, who nods her head. Rose picks up some strands, twisting and braiding them into a beautiful chignon (let's just pretend that's the style cause I really don't know).

"Bella?" Mom calls from outside the room.

"In here." Mom and Dad enter, Mom gasping at Bella. She walks over to her, bringing her into a hug. Dad stands aside awkwardly, rocking back and forth on his heels.

"We wanted to give you something blue and something old."

"Besides your mother." Dad jokes. He pulls out a shiny hair pin with a beautiful blue diamond in the middle. Alice carefully sets it in Bella's hair, and it makes the design even more beautiful. Alice checks the time and tells us it's almost time. I walk down to the backyard, smiling when I see Seth. He waves, walking over to me.

"Beautiful Huh?" I ask, gesturing at all the decorations. "Alice sure has a gift for decorsting."

"And seeing the future." He jokes, causing us both to let out a giggle. "Shame that Embry couldn't come."

"Couldn't? He did not want to. Besides, he technically wasn't invited. He was kind of upset, kepting ranting about how he wasn't gonna be here to protect me."

"And that's why I'm here. The Cullen's actually like me and Embry asked of I could keep an eye on you and the little one." Music begins to play, and we all rush to our seats. Bella and Dad walk out, slowly making their way to the front. When Dad hands her away, he begins to tear up. The ceremony is beautiful, ending with a long kiss. I stand and cheer, since I can't whistle.  After the ceremony is the speeches, and Dad is the first one. After most people go, it's my turn.

"Um, so I'm not really good with speeches, hence the reason I'm not on the debate team. Bella, you've always been my best friend. I've always looked up to you. When you did ballet, I did ballet. If you tried sushi, I tried sushi. Although, it was absolutely disgusting. I definetly wasn't Edward's biggest fan, but he makes you happy and that's all I care about. I'm so glad you two found each other. You guys are perfect for one another. I wish you guys the best."

Seth and I dance together, laughing as we try to learn the steps. I giggle as I step on his foot again. He suddenly tenses up, stopping his motions.

"What? What's going on?" I ask worriedly.

"Jake's here." He leads me to the edge of the woods away from the wedding. Bella, Edward, and Jacob stand before us, arguing about something. When Jake takes a threatening step forward, Seth runs over to him, holding him back. I walk to Bella, grabbing onto her hand.

"You're gonna kill her." Jake hisses at Edward. Sam and the rest of the wolf pack enter from the trees. I catch Embry's eyes, sending him a small smile so he doesn't worry.

"It's not our problem anymore." Sam tells him. Jake shakes Seth off, grumbly storming into the woods. Seth is forced to go with them when Sam uses the Alpha voice; same with Embry.

The time has come for Bella and Edward to depart to their honeymoon. Alice informed me earlier that he's taking her to an island Carlisle bought for Esme.

"Goodbye Bella, have fun." I tell her, giving her a hug.

"Bye Lucy. Don't do too much with that baby." She tells me, wagging a finger at me.

"Don't worry, Embry doesn't let me do a whole lot." We laugh, and I give her one last hug. We all wave goodbye as they pull away, entering their new lives as a married couple. I sigh, knowing this is the last time I'll see her not only as a human, but probably ever.

So I wasn't going to update yet, but I'm on my way back home from vacation and it's a long, boring drive. Anyways, thanks for all of the votes and comments! I always love knowing if you guys like it, it makes me happy. Thanks for reading!
