I kept running and soon I stopped and couldn't believe my eyes.

I had absentmindedly brought myself to my old pack. I shifted back into my human form and I began to cry. But soon the tears became tears of anger.

No this pain would not make me weak. I got up from my fetal position on the ground and walked straight for my old home that had faded paint and cracked windows.

I shoved open the door and when I stepped inside I saw the necklace that gave me nightmares sitting on the floor. I scooped it up and this time I let tears fall. If it wasn't bad enough that my parents were killed, my best friend who was only nine died too.

I clenched my fist around the necklace and shoved it into my pocket of my ripped jeans.

"What are you doing here sweetheart?" A deep voice said behind me.

I quickly turned around and was face to face with a tall guy with shaggy black hair, and tanned skin. He also had a scar running up his right arm. He looked menacing and very powerful.

But because I had Alpha blood I wasn't fazed by him at all.

"The question is what are you doing here?" I tried hard to match my height to his so I was more dominant but it couldn't be done.

I was fairly tall, 5'8, but he was way over 6 feet tall. I felt like a shrimp compared to him and I didn't like it.

"It doesn't work like that sweetheart I asked first." He said smugly.

"It doesn't matter if you asked first, you answer me." I seethed and growled.

I was even able to make him flinch with my menacing tone.

"I-I was um checking to see if there were anyone at this pack cause we smelled someone come into it—by someone; well you." He rambled out.

"What pack are you in?" I asked with a firm tone.

"I'm in no pack, well I guess you could call us a pack of rogues." He smirked. "Are you a rogue?" He asked with a sniff.

"Ah someone had their first shift today." He said. "And smells like you are a rogue. A new one but still." He stated.

He's right. I'm a rogue just like the rogues who destroyed my childhood pack.

"Do you rogues control this territory?" I asked as I gripped onto his shirt angrily pulling him to my eye level.

"Yes." His eyes widened because of my power and strength.

I then punched him in the face and kicked him to the ground.

"You rogues killed my parents, my best friend and my whole pack." I shouted angrily.

The guy tried to fight back but it was to no avail because he fell unconscious when I kicked his head. The only reason why he was left alive was because I heard feet pound up the porch steps.

I looked up through the open front door and saw a group of six rogues glare at me.

But when they looked down at the guy at my feet and saw him unconscious they looked at me in shock.

But it was quickly replaced with anger; anger towards me.

One of the rogues, a big menacing guy who looked just as strong as the dude on the ground, came charging at me.

He tried to land a punch at my face but I was too quick and grabbed his fist and twisted his arm and kicked him in the stomach causing him to back up and trip over the dude on the ground and he hit his head hard and was knocked out.

I looked up to see if the other five rogues would challenge me. The three girls looked angered but they also looked afraid and didn't look ready to get into a brawl.

And as for the two guys in the group, one was probably only twelve he had no interest in fighting and I could tell by the way he stood the closest to the door so he could quickly get away. And the other guy was a fairly fit guy about my age but he didn't look as powerful as the two guys on the ground that I had just beat up.

"Anyone care to fight me?" It was my turn to smirk.

All of them were afraid to answer.

"Who is your leader?" I asked sternly eyeing all of them at once.

If they were smart enough they would all try to fight me at once but looks like all of them would rather comply with me rather than fight.

"Our leader is the first guy you beat up." The oldest of the girls, probably 20, piped up.

"Well looks like I just proved that I can be your new leader." I smirked.

None of them argued with my statement.

I'm crazy for wanting to be the leader of the rogues that killed my old pack but I didn't care. I was destined to be Alpha and if I had to be Alpha of the low life rogues that killed everyone I knew, then I'll take it.

I am twisted in the head but that fact actually brought a grin to my face. I don't care.

"Where is the rest of your pack?" I asked in an Alpha tone.

"We'll lead you to them Alpha...." The oldest girl said.

"Alpha Jones." I said through gritted teeth.

Their eyes all widened.

"You mean..." The younger boy absentmindedly said.

"Yes, the daughter of the Alpha of this very pack that you terminated years ago." I glared at all of them.

"Why don't you just kill us all then?" The youngest girl said, she was probably 16 like me.

"Because I need a pack to run even if you all ruined my life. And maybe I'm showing mercy." I said with a menacing tone. "Now show me to your pack." I stated firmly.

"Right away Alpha." They all stated.

"What do you want us to do with Trevor and Matthew?" The oldest girl asked referring to the two unconscious boys on the ground.

"Leave them. They can find us later if they must." I stated. "Now let's go."
