When Two Worlds Collide

•Chapter Nineteen•

ANNIE'S POV
I wake up with my head on Hayden's chest and his arm around me. I hear footsteps outside my door, so I pretend I'm sleeping. My door opens, and I hear my mom whispering. I can't fully hear what she's saying though. Then I start to hear her better, and I realize she is vlogging.

MK-Good morning guys! As you can tell I'm in Annie's room, and I'm whispering because her and Hayden are still asleep. How cute are they!

I hear her turn the camera around. After a few seconds I feel Hayden pull me closer towards him. I can tell he's still asleep. After about a minute or two, my mom finally leaves my room. I wait until I can't hear footsteps then I open my eyes. I stare at Hayden for a few minutes. He's so cute and peaceful while he's asleep. I start to slowly wake him up since I'm getting bored.

A-Good morning.
H-What time is it?
A-It's almost 8:30.
H-That's too early for me. I'm going back to sleep!
A-You're so difficult Hayden.

I giggle, and surely Hayden falls back asleep. I look at him and start to play with his curly hair. How did I get lucky enough to have someone so perfect in my life? I decided to go on my phone. After about 30 minutes I go on Instagram. My Instagram feed is blowing up. I look to see what I've been tagged in. I thought it would just be about Hannie, but I was wrong.

A-I can't believe this.

Then Hayden starts to wake up. As he rubs his eyes I ponder on whether or not I want to tell him what I saw. I make the split decision to just wait until later.

A-Look who's finally up!
H-Haha very funny. You just wake up to early!
A-I actually wake up at the average time someone would.
H-Wow someone has been doing their research.

We both laugh and decide to get out of bed and eat breakfast.

MK-Well look who's finally awake.
H-That's the same thing Annie said to me!
A-Is breakfast ready?
MK-Almost.
A-Ok!

Hayden and I ate breakfast and got dressed. Today we didn't have anything planned, so we were thinking of things to do. We finally decided to watch a movie and go to the mall. We got in the car with everyone and drove to the movie theater. Everyone wanted to see Beauty and the Beast, but Hayden and I wanted to see A Dog's Purpose. We decided to separate and meet at the entrance when our movies were done. During the movie I laid my head on Hayden, and he put his arm around me and we intertwined our fingers. We could be doing a million different things right now, but I'll always be happy as long as I'm with Hayden.

*1 hour later*

Our movie just finished, and we headed to the entrance. We were waiting for everyone else, so we just sat there and fooled around. Finally everyone came out and we headed to the mall. Luckily the movie theater and mall are connected, so we didn't have to go far. We separated from everyone and decided to meet back up in 2 hours.

A-So where should we go first?
H-Hmmm...well do you have any place in mind?
A-How about Foot Locker? I've been needing some new sneakers.
H-Sure! Let's go.

We went to foot locker and many other stores. We chose to stop at the foot court to get some frozen yogurt.

H-You have a little something on your face.
A-What? Where?
H-Right here...

Hayden wipes some of his yogurt of my face and starts laughing.

A-Oh well that's funny because you have something on your face too!
H-What?
A-Yep. Right about here.

I take my spoon and wipe a ton of frozen yogurt on Hayden's face. We get cleaned up and finish our frozen yogurt. We walk around and shop some more. Then we meet back up with everyone and head home.

*At the house*

Hayden and I were walking up to my room when I realized I never told him about what I saw on Instagram this morning. I'll tell him now.

A-Hey I need to talk to you about something...
H-What is it?
