When Two Worlds Collide

•Chapter Fourteen•

ANNIE'S POV
I woke up to my phone ringing at 5:45am. It was Hayden calling.

A-Hayden it's 5am why are you calling me?
H-Get dressed and meet me outside your hotel quick!
A-K I'll be there in like 5-10 minutes.

I got dressed as fast as I could thinking something was wrong. When I walked outside my hotel I saw Hayden holding a bouquet of flowers.

A-Aww Hayden this is really sweet, but you had to wake me up so early just for this?
H-Yes I did have to wake you up early because we are going on a date today. I have the whole day planned out for us.
A-Ok! Let's go then!

First we went to the beach and watched the sunrise. It was breathtaking. Shorty after we headed to the pier. We rode rides and played games. I was having the best time ever! Once it got a little later, we went to eat breakfast. Mr.Jimmy was with us the whole time, but he kept his distance to make it feel like we were alone. After lunch we headed to a surprise location. When we got there I realized that we were going to a baseball game! When we got to our seats Hayden and I took a picture together. I posted it on Instagram and captioned it, "Baseball game with my favorite💗😘⚾️" The photo got over 7,000 likes within the first minute! By the end of the game, Hayden caught me 3 baseballs. Then we headed to the next surprise. Hayden had arranged a photoshoot just for us, so we can get professional couple pictures. When I walked out in my outfit, Hayden stared at me with his mouth wide open.

A-What? Do I have something on my face?!
H-No...I just can't believe how lucky I am to have a beautiful girlfriend like you.
A-Awweee I know I'm so beautiful! (I say jokingly)
H-You're also really modest.

We both giggle and start the photoshoot. Before I know it, the photoshoot is over. It was about 5:00, and Hayden said we were going out for dinner. The dinner was amazing. Today was so much fun and it's not even over yet! Hayden said there was one more surprise left. When the car stopped, we were back at the beach.

H-I have one last gift for you. Close your eyes.

I closed my eyes and I felt Hayden put something on my finger. I opened my eyes and I saw a ring. The ring read "forever".

A-Oh my gosh Hayden! I love it! Thank you so much!
H-No problem! I think it will match perfectly with mine.
A-Huh?

Hayden pulled his hand out of his pocket, and showed my his ring. His read, "always".

A-Oh my gosh!
H-Oh yeah I almost forgot! Turn your ring around to the other side.

I turn my ring around and see two hearts with the name Hayden in between them. Hayden has the same thing except his says Annie.

A-You're the best boyfriend ever!

I give him the biggest hug ever. After about five minutes, Hayden's dad tells us that we have to leave. We walk back to my hotel, and go up to my room. We hug goodbye and I walk inside. I get ready for bed, and I text Hayden goodnight. The rest of the night I just lay in bed and think about how awesome today was.
