Michael's in his Neverland home, feeling lonely when he gets a mail call. He see's the usual until one letter and gift catch his eye in particular. A pair of ballerina shoes and matching locket from when he used to live in Gary with his family and he knew his old sweetheart would be the only one to have it. The letter read,
'Michael, here's the beautiful Ballerina shoes you gave me to dance for you but I couldn’t wear as they were so precious to me and the matching locket from when you used to be here with me. I feel like I should return them, before I depart from this Earth. I can't take it anymore. So here you go Michael. I love you.
