"Guys! GuYS! I need help!" Lance yelled as he ran into the dining area in the space castle. "What's wrong!" Allura asked worriedly. "I don't know what to do! " Lance cried loudly. "About what?" Shiro asked through a collected manner. "Calm down and tell us what happened. " Keith told him. "Just follow me!" Lance ordered, they all followed him back to his room.

"Lance this is your room." Pidge said sarcastically. "Shut your quiznak Pidge!" He said as he opened the door.  Pidge gasped sarcastically as she giggled abit. They entered the room looking around in confusion.
"Um... lance there's nothing wrong in here." Hunk said. "Wha! Crap where did it go?!" Lance exclaimed looking all around his room. "Help me look for it guys!" Lance said looking around his semi-messy room.

"We don't even know what to look for." Hunk reminded him. "You'll know when you see it." With that said they pitched in to help look for some-totally-random-thing-that-lance-lost-and-they-have-no-idea-what-it-is-or-what-it-looks-like.

Keith, however, had no intention whatsoever to help look for some random object that Lance misplaced...that was until he saw something shift beneath Lance's bed. "What the hell?" Keith mumbled loudly to himself catching the attention of the other paladins. "Whats wrong Kei-" "sh." Keith cut Allura off as he walked over to the bed, he kneeled on the floor and reached under Lances bed. Keith was under there for a couple of moments, when he yelled. "Holy quiznak!" "What's wrong?! " Shiro asked worried, as he activated his arm weapon.

Keith emerged from under the bed embracing something that squirmed in his arms. "What the hell Lance?!" Keith yelled turning around to show the others his discovery. "Oh. You found it." Lance said relieved. "This isn't an it Lance— t-this is a child you idiot!" Keith shouted confused as to why he had a child in the first place. "Yeah yeah. Whatever." "Lance! Who's child is this?" Shiro asked him sternly.

"It can't be his."
Pidge quipped pushing the glasses up her nose knowingly.
Lance glared at the girl. "First of all—Ouch. Second of all I have no idea. I woke up and there it was." Lance sent a glared to Keith as he said the last part.
"I don't understand," Allura said trying to process what was happening.  "So you just woke up and there he was?" "Precisely." Lance answered.

Keith walked over to Lance and handed him the child. Lance accepted and tried to take the baby from his grasp. "You'll probably kill the poor thing if you hold him for more than a couple ticks." Lance told Keith.

Lance held the baby for 5 ticks before it started wailing. "Ah! What did I do?! What have I done?!" Lance cried out. Keith looked at Lance holding the wailing baby. "Don't cry." Keith said in a soft tone, and to his surprise the baby stopped crying and grabbed at him.

"Mmmm....mmama!" The baby sounded out with a toothless smile. "Aww—wait....what?" Keith asked quickly, abashed. "He thinks you're his mother!" Lance howled with laughter. Then the baby started crying again. "Well now that I've seen Lances problem I'm leaving." Pidge announced as she quickly escaped from his room. "Yea me too. " Hunk said as he turned and left. Allura and Coran left without a word. "You need to sort this problem out yourself Lance." Shiro told him before he left the room. With Shiro gone and the others long departed, that just left Keith and lance alone together.

"Well I'll be going now." Keith said as he turned to leave. "Nu uh. No way in hell am I doing this alone!" Lance said as he grabbed Keith's shoulder to stop him from going. "I have no experience with children, I don't know what to do. Plus you have like what? Eight other siblings?" Lance put his hand on his hip "Six actually and the baby only likes you."  Lance said as he handed Keith the baby and it immediately stopped crying, the child smiled brightly now in Keith's arms. "See?" Lance said proving his point. "N-no! I just...just can't!" He exclaimed. "Keith please!" Lance begged. Keith took a deep breathe, staying silent for a moment, hearing the desperation in his voice.
