A week and a half has passed since Keith and I played 'yes master' that brought on a game of 'Yes your majesty'. Since that time Keith has been avoiding me at all costs, due to a couple certain words that he accidentally said.

"I like you!"

He kissed me, then freaked out. Trying to take back the confession, not knowing I would of told him the same. He ran off red faced. We haven't talked since then and every time I try to he runs off again.

I place sleeping Leo on my bed and cover him up. He snoozes silently as I leave the room to search for Keith.

I search the lounge, the kitchen, and even the training deck but there's still no sign of Keith. I walk to Keith's room and knock on the door a couple times. I hear shuffling come from the inside. The door slid open, leaving me face to face with Keith. I froze for a second not expecting him to open the door, I quickly came to the conclusion that he opened the door because he thought it was someone else. My hypothesis is proved correct because when he realized it was me, he quickly tried to close the door.

I grabbed the door before it could close. I pulled the door open, letting myself in. I took a step forward, Keith took a step back. It continued on like this until his back hit the wall. I hit my hand on the wall, an inch from his head, he flinched at the loud sound near his ear. "Keith." I said in a stern tone. He swallowed. "No." His voice wavered. "Keith." "No." His voice raised slightly—not much but enough to notice it.

I inhaled deeply, getting agitated. "Keith," "N—" "You don't get to just ignore me after something like that!" I told him, not meaning to raise my voice. "Sorry," I said lowering my voice back. "But Keith...its unfair, you confess to me, then you just run away and try to pretend it never happened...never even giving me a chance to say anything." I finished removing my hand from the wall. Keith shrunk a little, looking down at his feet. "I'm sorry." He whispered. "I know," I told him. "Now restart." Keith shook his head, and wiped his wet eyes. "I don't want to." He sniffled, looking up. I smiled at him, placing a reassuring hand on his cheek. He took a deep breathe preparing to speak, tears gathering in his eyes. He looked at me, then looked away. "I..." he took another deep breathe, trying to calm his nerves. "I really like you Lance." Keith managed.

I placed my other hand on his cheek, moving them up a little higher, knuckles grazing his ears. "Thank you for telling me," I said bringing my face closer to his. "I really like you too." He finally looked me in the eyes, they continued to water. I leaned in for a kiss—succeeding. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, so I took the lead. I turned my head slightly, letting our lips fit together better. Keith ran his hands up my chest, leading them over my shoulders. The kiss was sweet and full of passion, his hands flat against my back.

I pulled back, heart pounding against my chest. He lie his forehead against by chest, a smile beaming on his face, cheeks glowing red. I wrapped my arms around his waist pulling him close, his arms still over my shoulders, as we held each other. I felt his heart beat against my own. This moment is perfect—more than perfect actually. "Oh yea," I started. "Let's go on a date." He looked up at me, smiling. "Of course." I smiled. "Lets—" I was cut off by the sound of Leon's cries down the hall. I sighed but a smile remained on my face. Keith laughed, removing his hands. "I'll take care of Leon." He told me, about to walk off. "I'll come with." I said grabbing Keith hand, intertwining our fingers. He didn't say anything, but his face flashed red while he smiled happily.
