It's Monday back to work. Cleo and Lucas talked all day eventually he asked her on a date. She couldn't wait even after Lawerence song filled, drunk confessions she didn't want to deal with him. She happily did her work. This time Lawerence was in his office all week. "Would you like to join me for lunch?" Lawerence asked. "No thanks" Cleo replies. It started bothering Lawerence when every time he asked her out she rejects him. And he knows why, Lucas. Every lunch break she's texting Lucas with a big smile on her face. Days go by fast its Friday which means it is date night.
Cleo gave Lawerence a heads up she will be leaving work early. He was fed up he stormed to his gang hideout which is the house far away from the city. Joseph usually the only one to calm him down but this time he couldn't. "If you don't calm down your uncle will call your dad down her and I can't stop him." Joseph said. He sat down still angry, "I need her to trust me ever since she walked in on me and Crystal she hasn't been the same. Now she's seeing somebody else. Trevon is right I'm going soft because of her, I never really felt this way. And that day we was kissing it made me so weak." He says.
Joseph pats his back and whispers , "it sounds like you're giving up on her." Lawerence moved away from his hand. "It's because I am, I tried to love I'm done trying." He said. This mean trouble for everybody. Little did Cleo know working with him is about to get hard. Before Cleo clocked out she left her bracelet on his desk while cleaning. She quickly ran back to his office.
There was a sign on the door but Cleo didn't care that bracelet means so much to her. She bust through the door. There was the same girl from last time they both was naked. Just looked like they were finished. Lawerence threw her bracelet and told her to get out. "Crystal you stay, we not finish yet!" He shouts. She wanted to cover up so bad but his voice shook the room.
Nothing can upset Cleo she's got a date. Happily, she exit out going straight home to get ready. Her phone on airplane mode while she gets ready. She washed her hair and worn a tight brown dress with tall brown sandals. Looking outside she saw Lucas in a nice BMW with tinted windows.
He got out the car and introduced himself to her mom. "Hi Ma'am I'm taking your daughter out tonight I promise I will have her back before 11pm." He says. Her mom smiled and winked at Cleo. "Ok that's fine, what a gentleman you are." Her mom said. Cleo rolled her eyes more like a front. Lucas wasn't fronting though he opened up the car door for her and complimented her while driving. They soon stopped at a garden.
Cleo was confused but didn't want to say anything. He got out the car and opened the passenger door. Cleo got out nervous why a garden at night? He held her hand and walked through the entrance then it light up. It was beautiful almost like a wedding before she knew it he toke her further where there was a table and two chairs.
She never been on a date this romantic. Lucas smiled shyly at her. "This is amazing" Cleo said to him. "Thanks when I first saw you this is how imagined it in my head." Lucas says. They laugh and started eating. The food was as good as the night till Lucas phone rang. He ignored it then it rang a few minutes later.
He answered his voice was like Lawerence when he yelled at the stripper. "I have to go sweetheart I'll drop you off at home. " he says. He kissed her on the lips.
