Local police, swat team, and FBI agents enter the building they have been investigating both families for years now blood has shed once again, its over for good. Cleo regains consciences Mimi is on the ground next to her with her hands in the air. Cleo turns her head and sees Andre on the ground as well bleeding out his arm she decides to sit up more. Lawerence being put in handcuffs looking in shock. Right along with Joseph and Sophia. EMT is where Fester once stood you can see he got shot twice one in the leg another right in the head. He is pronounced dead not one tear was shed.
Cleo and Mimi went home they was too shocked to give a statement it was over the news everywhere. Lawerence and Sophia was released on bond the next day and were gone a week later. Andre ran off from the hospital late at night he's wanted as well. As for Joseph he confessed to killing his own brother. But everybody there knew it was the right thing to do and he only shot once from his gun the police don't have enough evidence to point a finger at anybody for now. The investigation was over, their identities were never mention and once again Cleo could go back to her normal life.
Well except after everything including a long trial where Joesph was found guilty, it was time for college. Cleo and Mimi sharing a bathroom mirror fixing their hair. "I hope our classes are not so far I can't walk fast like you." Mimi said to Cleo. "What did I say about the wedges? Flats and shoes it's going to be a lot of walking." Cleo says. Mimi rolls her eyes takes off her yellow wedges leaving the bathroom. After Cleo looked good and hard at the mirror. She smiles and leave.
She has been doing good during the trial she was given money in damages. Even know they were on the run the judge order they cannot ever speak to Cleo or Mimi again. Mimi and her dad went away to a resort to help her with the process. Unlike Cleo suffering through PTSD was something she thought she never experienced many sleepless nights and many flashbacks. Her therapist was the best in the state no illegal ties. Now she feels on top of the world.
Cleo mom founding out the truth about everything made her on edge very cautious she has settled down just in time for college. But still on alert when it comes to males. There's knocking on the door Cleo mom answering a basket full of fruit and chocolates. She examines the basket before picking it up. There was a note for Cleo. "Cleo come down here" She shouts. Cleo races down the stairs not knowing what's going on.
She saw the basket and thought to her self she shouldn't have but the look on her moms face was clueless to this big gift basket. "This was on the porch it's for you doesn't say by who but it has some writing. I didn't read it by the way just make sure if it's you know who or you know who, no communication." She says. Cleo takes a deep breath and nods.
She grabs the note and reads it. Even know we can never meet again I just want you to know my time with you made my heart sweet again. It's corny but I just know you'll laugh hope you keep that smile,enjoy. Love A.
She sits with the note in her hand and holds it close to her heart. Mimi walks behind her and hugs her. "I'm ok" Cleo said. She goes into her room puts the note in her drawer. Mimi follows at a distance. She turns around and looks at Mimi who is looking at her concern. "Well let's get going don't want to be late." She says.
For the past few months everything has been great. Sometimes Cleo would see men that looked like Andre and Lawerence but when she takes a second look nobody. It was hard confiding to anybody about her delusions she didn't want to be put on any medicine or spend the rest of her life in therapy.
She would have luck that wasn't mysterious or luck at all somebody would make sure she had enough money for books, food, even made sure if she was alone she was never truly alone. Cleo finally came to the conclusion that she had protectors even know she never saw Andre or Lawerence since that day in the restaurant. She knows they are keeping an eye on her somewhere, somehow.
