Cleo woke up not knowing where she was till she saw Lawerence. Last night was the best. She quietly got up and dressed. Trying to leave the club the doors wouldn't open. "Come on you stupid doors." She whispered to herself. "They're not going to open without a key." Lawerence said. Cleo was shocked he's awake she was trying to leave before he saw her. He toke out the keys and unlocked one door. She ran out, even know last night was magical they both were drunk it wasn't supposed to happen but it did.
Her mom was waiting for her at the door. "Where have you been? Why was your phone off? This is the second time and it's not even July yet. As long as you live in my house you follow my rules. You're so lucky Mimi told me you fell asleep at her house." She says. Cleo exhales hard, her mom still thinks she's a child but wants her to be an adult.
"I'm sorry I was exhausted and my phone died." Cleo said. Her mom walks away to the kitchen. She feels bad for Mimi she moves today and as her best friend Cleo was supposed to be turning up with her last night. Lawerence had to swept her away just to fuck. It was the best and worse now she's stuck thinking about Lawerence. Her phone vibrates it's Lucas. After last night her feelings for Lucas seem so fake. she hesitated to answer.
"Hey" she answered sounding unsure. "Hey, um I don't want to sound wired but do you want to go to the art museum with me today? I got a lot on my mind." He said. "Yeah I'll meet you in a hour." She says. 20 minutes flew by and she was getting ready nothing really cute simply casual. Suddenly Mimi pops up at her door. "What are you doing here?" Cleo asked her. She looked like she been crying. Cleo hugged her tight this isn't like her hype friend to be so sad.
"Is it about you moving today?" Cleo asked. She nodded no with tears pouring out her eyes. Cleo's phone was vibrating its Lucas probably there already. She looked and ignored his call. Mimi wipes her eyes and asked, "who was that?" Cleo sat next to her, "It's just Lucas we going on another date I guess at the art museum. Enough about him I'm focused on my best friend right now." She says. Mimi got furious and she got up off her bed.
Cleo was shocked and confused on to why Mimi is so angry. "Just go on your little date with Lucas! Apparently I'm not important to anybody but my family, sorry to bother you with my problems all the time." Mimi says. Cleo couldn't find the right words to say what was bothering her so bad? This isn't about moving anymore it's something deeper. "I don't understand" Cleo said. Mimi laughs hysterically. "Why do you care now? Party girl You think I don't know how you left me so you and Lawerence can fuck? and now Lucas is next I'm guessing. This not what I had in mind when I told you we are going to be single all summer. Now you're becoming as slutty as Jennifer." Mimi said.
Cleo got closer to Mimi, "You must have bumped your head calling me slutty. He dragged me! Where's all this coming from anyway? I really can't believe you right now, you got to get out of here." Cleo says. Mimi walks off and slams the door. Now she's late and Lucas is probably mad.
She got to the museum quick not quick enough.   "I'm sorry I'm late." She says. "I know you have a thing for Lawerence. If I'm in the way just tell me, but he's dangerous I want you to be careful. There's things you don't know about him or his family that I do." He said. Cleo wanted to punch a wall what the fuck is everybody's deal today?!
She walked away it was the best thing to do.
