Yes, I know the school year is over, but I don't care. Weeks ago, we were revising molecules and atoms and elements and all that. We had to find a picture of every molecule we noted, and this was the one I chose for water (H2O).

Why does this remind me of Aelin with Aedion and Rowan at her side?

Yep, proud sassy Aelin (oxygen) and Rowan and Aedion (hydrogen).

The cone of charcoal rose to almost double the height of the beaker.

But what was WORSE was the gases that were given off. They smelt like smoke and sugar, but anyone could tell they were poisonous.

Our teacher who had been wearing a mask, had warned all of us to stay back, but I guess we were too interested.

One of my classmates must have inhaled the fumes and gotten it into his lungs because he had trouble breathing after that. Thankfully, his inhaler saved the day.

But the experiment was fun.
