Andrew tried to exit the police chief's office as casually as possible. He had left a note informing them that he had to take time off due to "personal issues". Trying to explain what was going on would probably be seen as a practical joke.

He made his way to his office, hoping to just grab the address and leave, but someone was standing at the door. It was a man in uniform, but Andrew was certain he didn't recognise him.

"Can I help you?" Andrew asked the stranger.

"Sorry, yes," the officer replied, "I'm a new transfer so I wanted to make sure I knew everything I needed to and apparently you're the guy to ask."

Andrew looked him up and down. He was tall, muscle-bound, with shortly cropped brown hair and a thin layer of stubble. He had a very defined jaw with slightly sunken eyes, but the eyes themselves were full of life. They were a piercing blue and it felt like they were looking through him, even into him. They were unsettling, to say the least. His voice was gruff, yet flowed like silk, calm, yet with a veiled sense of power.

"What did you say your name was?" Andrew asked.

"Sorry, where are my manners? Paytah Lael Ulysses Tajuan Osborn," the officer stated proudly, straightening his back just that little more, "At your service."

"Ok... So what is it you need?"

"I specialise in witness protection, sir."

"I see. Well, all the relevant stuff is in that corner," Andrew told him, gesturing to the cabinet in the far right of the room.

As the oddly named officer moved towards the cabinet, Andrew searched through his desk to find the scrap of paper he'd found the address on. As he dug it out, the officer came up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder. As Andrew turned, he saw those piercing eyes dart down to the paper in his hand, but only for a second. To him, it was a meaningless observation, but little did he know that that one glance allowed the officer to assign the entire address to memory.

"Which draw was it? Or is it the entire cabinet?" The officer asked politely.

"It's all of it. If you'll excuse me, I need to go. Once you have everything, just shut the door behind you," Andrew told him, grabbing keys and leaving the officer alone.

The officer watched Andrew go.

"Oh, don't worry Officer Taylor, I have everything I need," he growled, a malicious grin spreading across his face.
