It's over

As people apart of Silvea, Farside and the stopping post were in a crowd in the edge of town of Silvea looking for Sheriff Toofier. It was sunrise as they were worried sick about him. Carl was looking around with the other children. Carl notices a figure of a man on his running stead in the distance where the sun is running. "Look!!" Everyone looks over to where the boy was pointing to see the figure approaching fast. Soon the figure becomes closer at a fast rate as well as more recognizable and realizes who it is.

"He made it!!"

"Mack!"

"Mr.Sheriff!"

"Sheriff Toofier!"

"Yeehaw!!! He's alive!" Everyone cheers as he arrives but Beau wasn't stopping. The horse was still going as saving his life was the only thing in her mind. The crowd soon notices Sheriff Toofier having one hand on the saddles and the other to his side and his weak, drowsy, tired but happy expression. "Sheriff.....?"

"Mack!"

"Oh no!" Everyone moves out of the way as the horse comes to a quick, jolting hault.

"Hey.... y'all...."

"Mack!

"Oh dear god!" Arthur and Charles pull him off Beau and lay him on the ground.

"I always liked.... to make a grand entrance...." He chuckles weakly as the others look at him in fear and worry.

"Not the time Mack! Someone get the first aid and doctor!" Cole runs off to go get help and aid.

"What the hell man! What did they do?!?"

"It's just a scratch...... And beside.... I made those creatures burn straight into hell...." The children were watching, including Vibian and in front of the crowd having front road streets.

". . . . ." They were crying and teary-eyed.

"Are-Are you gonna be o-ok...?" Lola stepped forward with Carl and the rest followed.

"Of course...." He reaches out his hand out for them as Carl grabs it gently with tears. "I'll be alright.... I promise....."

"R-Really?"

"Really... And besides.... I might as well tell you about..." He coughs up and a bit of blood run down his mouth as his vision started blacking out. "You and your sister's future....."

"What?" The sister of the boy stepped a little closer.

"I was planning....." He coughs again. "To make you both the sheriffs of this town...." Everyone gasps as the doctor and Cole rush out to them wounded man. "You all..... are what makes my whole world..... and I'm promised to keep you all safe..... No matter..... w h a t. . . . . ." He falls unconscious as the doctor rushes in and voices yell out as movement also occurred.

Mack's eyes flutter open as he groans. Sunlight poured into his room as he sits up and blinks the sleep out of his eyes. His side stinged as he held his hand to it then looked down. It was wrapped up and his shirt was off. "Huh....?" The door opens and the man darts his sights towards it. It was Arthur and Charles who came in to check on him. "Arthur...? Charles....?" Their eyes widen as they smile brightly.

"Mack!"

"Thank the lord!" They walk up to him and Charles gently punches his shoulder.

"We were worried about you!"

"All of us were."

"Well you don't anymore..."

"We definitely know that now." The trio chuckles and the sheriff swings his legs around and gets up. Both of his friends grabs him as he wobbles when he gets on his feet. "Easy partner.... Easy..."

"Heh heh, I'm fine Arthur."

"If you were, you wouldn't have the wound nor have us here."

"The doctor patched you up but didn't instantly heal you ya know."

"I know Charles...."

"Well if that's the case, try walk'n."

"You got it." They let go as Mack wobbles a bit here and there, but soon he was all good. Holding his side wound, he limps out the door to face all the children he had met and cared about. The first to welcome him was Carl who jumped and hugged him tightly. "Mr.Sheriff!!" The others see and tackle him in a hug and he laughs.

"We missed you!"

"We were worrwd!"

"Ba ba!!"

"Well I'm not going anywhere anytime soon."

Sheriff Toofier and Sheriff Dice was riding horses as the children was riding their ponies. "Yeehaw!!"

"Woohoo!!"

"Alright children, let's see what y'all got!" They ride into the sunset as what occurred 3 months ago transformed them into strong people.
