He arrives at the Ssillers' farm where his old friend Pete was. He was also a friend that had the same relationship with Mack in the same way as Arthur. "Stay here Beau, I'll leave you untied." The horse nods as her rider gets off and walks over to the farm door. He knocks on the door and waits. A minute passes and soon the door opens with a little boy and a little girl who was shorter which also looked a bit younger with a pacifier. "Hwllo."

"Howdy, what's your name?"

"Lwkas."

"Lwkus?" He shakes his head.

"Lwkus."

"Lukas?" The boy nods as his baby sister walks wobbly to the man.

"Well Howdy Lukas. Howdy young lady." He knees down and picks her up. She clings to him and muzzles him. "Lukas who's at the door??? Mike can you go and check on you brother and sister!!"

"Fine!!" A teenager comes up to the door and looks at his sibling. "Who's at the door?" Lukas points and he looks up to see Sheriff Toofier who was holding his sister. "........."

"Howdy partner. I'm the sheriff of Silvea, Sheriff Toofier and I need to speak to you father, Pete Ssiller."

"....... D-Dad!! The sheriff of Silvea, Sheriff Toofier, is here to see you!"

"What?!?" Soon footsteps come from the house and two adults walk up. "Mack?!? Is that you?"

"Oh my...."

"Been a long time ever seeing y'all. What did I miss?"

"Wow Mack, after all this time.... You finally come up and see me?" Mack and Pete was walking next to the fence line of the farm.

"Yep..... Due to being sheriff, I ain't able to visit y'all."

"Heh heh, well it's about time."

"I also came up here to follow up on the town's recent events...."

"You heard about that?"

"Uh-huh. Purpose of me being here and besides, I wanted to visit and relax a bit anyways." His friend chuckles and sighs happily.

"Then you should stay for dinner."

"See why not, it's not like I have anything better to do." Anothe chuckle comes from the farmer.

"You never change...."

"Neither did you..."

"Well, you know when you said that you wanted to follow up on the town's recent events?"

"Yup."

"Then you're in luck, those creatures that hide in the darkness, are real and always seem to 'visit' my farm."

"Hmmmm....."

"They take some of our livestock, farm stock and materials....."

"How much?"

"Not a lot but enough to cause a few problems."

"Any damage on property?"

"Fences, posts and part of my shed."

"Looks like that definitely confirms that they're someelse of god knows what....."

"What are you saying Mack?"

"That they aren't an ordinary animal nor creature...."

"You got that right."

"So how long has this been occurring?"

"Last 2 months, at first I was confused and thought it was nothin until it got a bit more...."

"Bigger than you thought?"

"Yes...."

"Don't worry Pete. I'll stop these bastards and make them pay for what they done."

"Heh heh, good. Hopefully they burn in hell for this."

"For once, you're right." The dinner bell sounds as they chuckle, smile at each and goes inside for some good grub.

They all had finished eating; Pete's wife, Sherry, was cleaning as Pete's baby daughter, Lili (lie-lie), was playing with Lukas and Mike was reading. Pete was out on the porch resting, though Mack was doing the opposite. He was where the destruction and snatching happened. His farmer friend showed him where the fences, posts and the shed was destroyed at it."Hmmmm.... It's as if someone or something teared through it.... Maybe they might come out tonight and it might be the perfect chance to see them."
