"Roman!"
"Roman!"
"Roman!""What?" I groaned.
"Roman!" I heard a woman's voice say.
"What?" I said a little more aggravated.
"Roman!"
This the shit I be talking about. Goddamn, you see I'm tired and you steady playing games. I rolled towards my side feeling very uncomfortable.
"Roman!"
My eyes opened to a girl standing outside my window knocking on the glass.
"Roman!" Mya yelled.
I sat up fast as hell hitting my head on the roof of my car.
"Ah damn" I groaned grabbing the left side of my forehead.
"Roman!" Mya yelled again now banging on my window.
I looked down at the keys in the ignition. Taking them out I opened the door making her stumble back a little. The bright light from outside was blinding me. Blocking the sun for a few seconds I leaned against the car.
"When you come in?" She questioned.
"Huh?" I said sounding aggravated due to sun beaming down on my face.
"When did you come in last night?" She asked shifting her weight to one side.
"Uh" I paused for a minuet trying to remember.
"Ion know" I said scratching my head.
Before she could say something else I walked past her towards the garage elevator. It was getting hot as hell and I definitely didn't feel like arguing with her. I could sense the aggravation in her tone. Walking up the stairs to our room I leaped on the bed enjoying the A.C. I stared at the ceiling trying to remember if I came in last night. Last thing I could remember was meeting up with J.R. My thoughts were soon ruined by Mya's big ass head.
"What?" I asked looking up at her.
"You act like we wasn't just talking" she said.
"We wasn't, you was interrogating me" I said cracking a small smile.
She couldn't help but smile and shake her head, that's what I loved about her. I thought we were going to finish our conversation but she walked away. I glanced at the empty wine glass that was sitting on Mya's nightstand. Then it all came back, like a rubber band that was pulled too far. I laughed while shaking my head, shorty wild as hell for taking my drink the way she did. She must've really been feeling me to hop in my car like that. Closing my eyes I reenacted the scene in my head smiling at the thought. Damn I'm pulling women left and right. Daddy still got it I smirked to myself. I couldn't really remember anything past that. I soon trailed off the thought and went back to sleep only to be woken up by a bucket of water and a mad Mya. I got up feeling like I just drowned.
"Man what the fuck wrong witchu" I yelled.
"Nah nigga what the fuck wrong witchu" she mocked rather calmly.
"You ain't come home last night, -"
"I ain't come home last night?" I asked cutting her off.
"Nope, you ain't tell me where you were, had me worried all night drinking and shit, ain't reply to ANY of my calls or text messages" she said emphasizing the word any.
"Then I found yo' ass sleep in the car" she said crossing both her arms.
"So what's going on?" She asked now concerned.
"First of all my phone been dead" I started.
"Second, it was a long ass night yesterday, I probably pulled in and fell asleep before I could-"
"Mhmm" She said cutting me off.
I kissed my teeth. "Why you always thinking somebody lying?"
"Why you always coming in late?" She stated rather than questioned.
"Maaaaannnn"
I walked to the hallway closet where we store all our clean sheets and towels for guest. Grabbing a blanket and pillow I made my way to the guest room. Not because she wanted me to but because I needed a break from her crazy ass. I can't believe she poured a whole fucking bucket of water on me. I'm not trippin' though, I got her tomorrow. Closing the door I went into the conjoined bathroom and took a shower. As I laid down I realized I didn't have my phone. Taking the elevator into the garage I located my car, unlocked my doors and reached in grabbing my dead phone. Locking the doors I made my way back up the elevator and into my apartment. I walked to the guest room putting my phone on its charger and falling asleep as if it wasn't morning.
