18| Chicken nuggets

After Asher explained what a pack house was we left,

Asher's been driving for what feels like forever but at least I got him to stop for chicken nuggets, I put the last delicious piece of chicken nugget in my mouth right when I did he pulled into the driveway, which was familiar.

"This is where I came after we raced." Was all I said even though I was thinking about how someone had to pull him off me because he got so angry.

"Yeah, look I'm sorry for freaking out that night. But once I explain everything to you, I think it will make more sense."

I just nod, not know what to say.

When we got inside it wasn't like last time where it looked like only Asher Jake and I think his name was Cameron were only there. This time house was full of people. We walk in and Cameron came up to Asher.

"Alpha, Who's this?"

"This is my mate."

"My name's Willow." "Nice to meet you."

Cameron leaned in to whisper in Asher's ear but I heard what he said. "Now I know why you want her to come to badly, like damn she fine." My cheeks turned a rose pink from blushing.

"You're always pushing your limit, Cameron."

"Oh, don't worry Alpha she's a bit too short for me." Now that sounded a bit rude but I've gotten used to it, people always comment about my height It's always flattering when they mean it in a nice way, but when it's rude it makes me want to rip their heads off, but everyone has a preference maybe Camerons into tall girls.

"Well, I love her height. So fuck off dude." He was joking when he said the last part I could hear his laugh when he spoke.

"I was just saying I wouldn't steal your girl."

"Like you could." Asher sniped back rather quickly.

"Who wouldn't want all of this." He said gesturing his hands down his body.

"Any sane person?"

"Oh, come on I'm irresistible just ask Willow." At that moment I thought Asher's head was going to explode, So I just answered truthfully.

"Sorry Cameron You're not my type, maybe you can find a nice man that will love you for you."

I couldn't help myself I'm pretty sure Cameron's not gay but guys always get offended when you call them something they're not.

"It's okay Willow I don't blame you for lying in front of Asher, I guess I'll see you tonight and we can discuss that you really do love me."

I think Cameron brought it a little too far I know he was joking but it sounded like flirting, And Asher got pissed.

He stepping in front of me because he was standing behind me with his hand on my back. And Cameron just started laughing.

"I'm gonna kick your ass," Asher said before running after Cameron who was already half way down the hallway.

I stood there a bit awkwardly because I didn't know anyone else but then a girl that looked about my age came up to me.

"You look new, are you from a different pack?"

"No, Asher's my uh....Friend. I'm just visiting today."

"He didn't look like just your friend."

"Oh, Well he's my mate but...." My words were cut off by her jumping up and down and squealing. God, I can't stand people that do that it just pisses me off.
