Honestly, I didn't want her to meet Buck. I really didn't. But I lived at his place/bar, so it's not like I could avoid it if Cora and I were going to be friends. Or better yet, friends with benefits. I guess that last part was what made me ask her if she wanted to meet him. If you don't like that about me, then fuck off. I don't fucking need your opinion.

Anyway, when we got there, Buck wasn't home, so I brought her to my tiny apartment upstairs, behind the bar. We sat on my bed, and I sat a little bit away from her. There was a really comfortable silence between us. She kept glancing at me when she thought I wasn't looking. Eventually, I scooted closer to her. So close that I could feel her breath. I looked down at her, as I was about a foot taller than her, while she stared up at me, her golden eyes getting even larger than usual. She had the most beautiful eyes; gold; not blue, green, or just plain brown; GOLD.

I started making out with her. I kept pulling away from her a little bit so that she would have to keep sitting up straighter to keep kissing me. Eventually, she put her hands on the side of my face, both of us blushing furiously. I lay down on top of her, grabbing her hands and putting them above her head, kissing her harder and harder, more passionately with each passing second. When one of my hands starting drifting down her body and up her shirt, my other hand still holding her arms up, she broke one of her arms free to grab my hand as it drifted up her shirt.

"Please," she said breathlessly between kisses. "Not so soon."

"What do you mean, doll," I said. "This don't mean nothing. It don't matter."

She suddenly sat up. "'This don't mean nothing'?" she hissed. "You DICK!" she screamed. "This means something to ME!" She wiped a tear away from her eye before it had the chance to fall. "I thought you cared." She ran out of the door without looking back.
