Talent show

Hi guys so thanks for reading I wasn't sure people would like it but it is only my second chapter.exams are going well only 6 more till summer definitely more writing then ok on with the story.

'Phew 'this was it here I was standing back stage in my school hall about to sing in front of 175 fellow classmates,and about 70 teachers to say I was nervous... 'OK Niki your up
next ' I sheepishly smiled at the co-ordinator 'OK I'm ready ' I walked out onto the stage all eyes on me

' hi I'm Niki and I'm going to be singing life of the party by shawn Mendes ' the music started and I sang the lyrics ,my eyes stayed closed for the whole song afraid to lock with anyone else

'OK what a hard choice but well made ' I took in a deep breath and held it in 'and the winner of the 2017 annual talent show is ...niki congratulations ' I let out the breath and smiled as wide as I could as my friends tackled me

I walked in the door of my house it was Friday I was exhausted from the show my mam soon to follow 'hi Niki 'I turned on my heels to look into gorgeous brown eyes 'hi shawn ,take a seat' he sat beside me on the sofa ' so i em I heard about the show well done' 'thanks shawn ye I can't believe it' for the next few hours we watched tv and got to know each other he told me lots about him that I already knew and I told him lots about me and we bonded

It was dawning onto eight 'hey want to go see a movie ' I looked at shawn ,surprised that he asked 'ye sure ' OK we can go and see anything you want but no chick flicks' I covered my mouth holding back a laugh ' why are you laughing at me ' he sat up in his seat ' I'm not I just don't watch them ' he stood up 'perfect'

We arrived at the cinema at 8:20 I was wearing this

Shawn wore this

I have to say he looked really sexy in person 'OK we better get tickets ' we walked in to see it packed next I know we are surrounded by teenagers asking for shawn to get a picture ' OK guys hurry and leave' a security guard shouted to the girls while escorting shawn and I to a safe place shawn giggled and had a bit smirk on his face 'what's so funny ' ' em lots of them asked if you where my girlfriend and that your very pretty ' I looked at him with wide eyes ' are you sure they where talking about me 'he showed a slight smile 'of course they are your gorgeous ' I felt a blush on my face ' even more so when you blush ' I smiled and with that we went to our film

'Aghh ' I jumped in my seat at a scary part in the movie ' are you ok there ' I looked over to see a laughing shawn 'ye I'm  OK just got a fright ' 'do you maybe want to ease up on the grip there' I looked down to see our hands intertwined in my lap 'ye sorry ' I was blushing like crazy ,we looked into each other's eyes for about 10 seconds and just as he leaned in the lights turned on and the movie was over

As he drove us home it was silent with only the radio playing 'next up its shawn mendes with there's nothin holding me back 'ye woohoo 'Shawn laughed and turned up the radio we both sung the lyrics as we pulled in outside my house when it ended 'you are a really good singer ' I looked over at him steering at me 'thanks you too,well obviously ' I opened the door as did shawn and we both stepped out ' well I'll see you later thanks for that' I walked up my patio 'no problem it's my pleasure ' he walked into his garden and we both went into our houses

I can't believe he called me gorgeous and tried to kiss me
