Betrayal

Hi so I am finally finished my room and I love it. Lots of drama in this chapter yay.

Niki's pov
I quickly grabbed my coat and ran out the door and down the street with tears in my eyes, I feel so betrayed.

2 hours earlier
I checked my outfit over again, I was about to meet one of shawns best friends, camila would be here any minute now and I was so nervous..

I walked down the stairs and sighed, shawn walked over and hugged me. "babe you are worrying too much, camila is cool" " I know but I need to make a good impression"

There was a knock on the door and shawn answered it, camila walked in and hugged him, and shawn closed the door, they exchanged a few words.

Shawn walked into me and put his arm around me, I smiled at camila and said hi. I put out my hand to shake her, but she chuckled and hugged me instead.

"camila it's an honour to meet you I love you so much your amazing" "oh thank you, your so sweet, shawn has told me so much about you frankly he never shuts up. You have him hooked"

Shawn smiles at me and I laughed
" yeah I can say the same about him."

We talked about anything and everything shawn and camila got on really well and had a lot of history. An hour went by and we started to get hungry so I ordered Chinese and when the food arrived we ate it all it was so good. Camila and shawn talked about music and I talked about school.

It was now 8 and I was tired but camila was so sweet. I decided to change into leggings and a jumper just to be more comfortable as I was walking down the stairs I could hear whispers and so I didn't interrupt anything I just peaked around the corner and my heart dropped, I guickly grabbed my coat and ran out the door and down the street with tears in my eyes, I feel so betrayed.

I had no idea where I was going, home  no that's the first place he'd check. I came to a stop I was out of breath, I knew where I was, just as I started walking again it started raining so I ran into the pub.

I came out of the bathroom after cleaning myself up. I looked around the lounge area of the pub. It was filled with the smell of smoke and alcohol. I took a seat at the bar area as it was empty, a middle aged man with a beard and blue eyes came over to me, he was the bartender.

He gave me a sympathetic look "what drink can I get you" "emm orange juice please" "you sure, you look like you need something alcoholic" "I'm not old enough" he fumbled around a bit with glasses "it's just between us" he winked "I promise"

After three vodka and orange juice, I felt my phone buzz for the millionth time. Im guessing it was shawn or my mam trying to contact me. I looked at my phone and seen numerous messages and missed calls from shawn, I wonder what his excuse was.

After I finished my drink I thanked the bartender who was nice enough to put the drinks on the house (free).

I stumbled out into the rain which was still going 3 hours later. I was drunk I have to say it took away the pain. It was pitch black as it was now 11.

I finally reached home after walking what I ran earlier. I stood at the door of my house looking over at Shawn's, so many questions ran through my mind. Is camila still in there? Have they gone further than the kiss I seen earlier.

I stepped into my room and closed the door ignoring my mam in the kitchen, I closed the door and took off my jacket which was drenched in rain... I need a shower.

I stood in the shower for about 15 minutes trying to figure out if I did something wrong, I looked down at the engagement ring on my finger, I could just about feel my tears running down my face. After my shower I got dressed and cried myself to sleep.
