Hi so this will be the last update for a week maybe as I have started a new story, Dr Mendes . I want to post a few chapters of that first and also work out a plan for where this story is going as I will be continuing and studying possible sequel . And I will make a schedule. __________________________ So much has happened this year and I am so happy it is coming to an end. It's Saturday the day before new years eve.
I woke up at 11. I decided to get out of the house so I went to Starbucks to get some school work done. Shawn is busy recording as far as he told me, it's nearly done.
I got a lot of work done, I can't wait to start back after being off for two weeks.I only have a few months left. I can't wait to graduate.
I ordered my last cappachino and walked home luckily its not a long distance. When I arrived home it was 2 and I needed a shower, I was in my room and I looked out my window into shawns room and I seen him at his computer with no shirt on, he turned around and seen me we made eye contact, his eyes burned my skin.
After my shower, I went back to my room and went to close my curtains and seen a note on his window "karaoke tonight at mine"

When I got to his house I was cold guess I didn't bundle up enough, when he answered the door I ran into the house. 'got a spare hoodie' 'why and hey to you to' 'I'm cold please' 'OK, OK go in and say hi to everyone' he ran upstairs 'hi everyone' I went into the living room to see aaliyah with her boyfriend and Karen and manny setting up the karaoke 'hey niki' aaliyah stood up and hugged me 'this is my boyfriend matt' 'hi I'm nikita shawns girlfriend' 'hey'
I turned to Manny and Karen 'hey happy new year' 'happy new year to you honey' 'where is shawn' 'here, this is the smallest one I have' I put it on and it's still big 'thanks'
After an hour of listening to shawn and aaliyah battle it out shawn won and I was up next. We sang "go my own way" and our scores were a tie. ---------------------- 'ok its late now' Karen said turning off the machine it was 11 and we had so much fun, I looked to shawn 'guess I better go home' he had his arm around me as we lay on the sofa 'unless you want to stay' 'if it's OK with you' 'yeah lets go' goodnight ' me and shawn said to his parents.
We went upstairs and shawn said that there was a spare toothbrush I could use, he threw me a plain black t-shirt that I could wear, it fell to my mid thigh luckily.
I walked into his room and he was just in jogging shorts 'are you OK' I smiled and walked over to him, I wrapped my arms around him and rested my head on his chest 'yeah I'm great '
We got into bed him on the left and me on the right he fixed the covers and patted his chest telling me to rest my head there.
I got comfortable and shawn started to run his fingers through my hair 'oh that feels nice' 'babe' 'yes' he rubbed my shoulder 'I love you, like really really love you' 'I love you too, goodnight get some sleep' --------------------- I woke up at 9 and looked on my phone, shawn was already up so I got dressed and and shouted into him in the bathroom that I was leaving , 'OK babe see you later, oh yeah by the way my parents are having a new years party please come'
