Vic's POV

My eyes fluttered open and I groaned, realizing it was morning. I rolled over, feeling around the bed for Kellin, but I opened my eyes again once I realized he wasn't there. I sat up, looking down to see that the bed was empty besides me. I pushed myself out of bed and looked to my bathroom, seeing that the door was closed. I stood up and went over, knocking on the door.

"You in there?" I asked.

"Vic?" I heard Kellin respond, followed by a sniffle.

"Babe, what are you doing in there?" I asked, slightly concerned.

"Um...Vic..."

"What's wrong? Is everything ok?"

"I need you to do something for me..." he said, and he sounded like he was on the verge of crying.

"I'll do anything."

"I need you to go to the store and get something for me..."

"What is it?"

"I need you to get me...tampons..." he said, and I was immediately confused.

"What? Why? I thought you didn't get your-"

"Just do it!" He snapped.

I was still confused but decided not to argue. "Where would they be?"

"Just go to a convenient store!" He snapped again, sounding like he was about to cry.

I unlocked it, quickly getting in and shoving the key into the ignition. I started to drive to the nearest CVS, but I couldn't help but wonder why Kellin needed me to get these things. I thought his hormones stopped him from getting his period. I was so confused, but I didn't want to make the situation worse for him. It wasn't long until I arrived, quickly parking up.

I quickly ran into the store, well aware that I probably looked crazy, seeing what I was dressed in at the moment. I tried to think, where would the tampons be?

I started looking around, looking for what I needed. I wasn't even sure what these things even looked like I ended up going down an aisle I never normally went down, and looked at the large array of boxes saying tampons. I sighed in relief that I had found them, but became even more confused when I noticed how many different kinds of boxes there were.

Fuck.

I looked through a lot of them, before groaning loudly. There wasn't time for this shit, so I just decided to pick up nearly one of everything. I looked next to me to see a woman examining the collection of boxes. That was just what I needed right now, someone with a vagina to help me with this bullshit.

"Hey um, can you help me? My boyfriend told me to come get him some tampons but I don't know shit about tampons," I said, and she gave me a weird look. I then remembered that most boys didn't need tampons and she was probably severely confused. "He has a vagina," I said, and she looked at me with concern before grabbing a box and quickly walking away.

I was a fucking idiot. It was hopeless. I just needed to buy some fucking tampons and I couldn't even do that right. Instead of wasting anymore time, I decided to just buy all of them. Kellin could then decide which ones were the ones he wanted or needed.
