Shreds of glass were flying through the air. I tried to miss them, but there were too many. They were slicing into my face and limbs, it felt like I was having thousands of needles. I crawled under my bed, but they followed me. I scrambled under my sheets, however the small protection they gave was soon gone and shredded to strips of rag. A slicing pain went down my left leg, then the world went black.
I woke up with the rise of the sun, at once realizing that I had left the light on all night. I must have been more tiered than I thought last night and fallen straight asleep. I never sleep with the light on, that must have been the reason for my nightmare, where I shushed my mirror and it started slicing me.
Feeling like I was being watched I glanced at my mirror, only to see that it had been smashed. I groaned and tried to get up, but it was to painful. I glanced at the sheet and saw blood and bits of glass.
That's when the laughing started.
NOTE: It is getting hard to find mirror stories and I would appreciate it if you send me some. :)
