I had spent the next few days with Noah, occasionally talking about vampires, but also talking about him. I wanted to know more about him since I only knew very little. He told me about his past. When he was five, his older sister had gone missing, and they found her body a few days later. She had been raped and murdered. He was traumatized, needless to say. Six years later, they moved to Forks and his mother had gotten pregnant. They were relieved to be having a girl, and that's when he disconnected with his family.

His parents paid more attention to his sister, Gemma, than they did to him. They didn't even notice that he had begun failing classes. But he made a new best friend, Eric. Eric hung out with him and Noah began changing his ways, getting smarter. But not even that was enough to make his parents notice. Noah accepted that once he got older, now only focusing on his own life and caring a lot for his friends. When I asked him if he loved his younger sister, he said yes. When I asked the same about his parents, he said of course. He came to terms as to why they care more for Gemma, and he didn't mind.

I then told him I wanted to know more, no more talk about vampires. Every day I learned new things about him, even marking down the list of questions I wanted to know about him. One day, we were entering his house laughing about some embarrassing moment he told me of.

"Do you mind going to my room? I've just got to feed our new dog, Fluffy." Noah stated.

"I don't mind, don't take long." I replied.

Leaving the living room, I took a right to the hallway and then entered the door at the end of the hallway. When the door swung open, white balloons spelled out the word "prom?" with rose petals on the bed. I froze in shock, and then turned around when I heard footsteps. There stood Noah with one rose in his hand.

"Kora Li Castro, would you go to prom with me?" he smiled.

I turned away, hiding my smile and he walked up to me, moving my face to look at his.

"Is that a yes?" he asked.

I smiled up at his pretty green eyes, and nodded my head yes. He leaned down with his eyes closed, and I closed mine as well as our lips met and we kissed passionately for a long while. He then picked me up, piggyback style, and we entered his bedroom. We didn't talk about our lives, we just hung out.

We played video games, took photos together, watched a movie, and then played some games such as Battleship, Mancala, Speed, and even Twister. After watching another movie, I then helped him clean up the mess we made in his bedroom, and we baked cookies and brownies together. I was surprised at how much he could chow down and still stay fit.

When I told him that, he laughed and said he actually gained a lot being with me because he hadn't had time to go and work out. So for the rest of the day, we made a plan. What days we would spend together, when date night would be, and what days we'd do our own thing because he was also getting a bit behind his work. I then had to go, so he dropped me off, leaving me with a goodnight kiss as always.

When I entered the house, I was approached by a note at the front door. Carla and Nicola were visiting Charlie and Bella to help her get better. I entered the house, and went down the hallway and entered the second door on the left, Luca's bedroom. I knocked and he opened immediately with a smile.

"What's going on?" I asked, his smile being contagious.

"I asked her out." Luca stated.

"Asked who? Who's your girlfriend?" I freaked out.

"Natasha Pearce. She said yes." He smiled.

I hugged him and said congratulations, laughing at my thought of him never being able to settle down. I then told him that Noah asked me to prom, and Luca noted that he was going with Natasha. We then decided to spend the next day shopping, which we did. Noah got a fitted black tuxedo, and I got a long dark red dress that showed my back and wrapped around my neck.
