I arrived home twenty minutes later. Carla asked how it went, I smiled that it went well and Jacob would recover. I entered my bedroom, turned on the light and then gasped. I wanted to rub my eyes or pinch myself. Am I hallucinating?

"Noah?" I asked, trembling a bit.

The figure, familiar but unfamiliar, stood by the window, his back to me. He slowly turned around and I froze. It was Noah. But his eyes were red, skin pale and flawless, beautiful.

"What happened to you?" I asked.

His smile faded, "No hug?"

I ran to him and hugged him. His skin ice cold, just like mine. His arms wrapped around me and I almost melted. I missed him so much, I didn't want to let go. Carla then knocked on the door but didn't wait for me to say she could come in. She gasped and then walked away and I heard her tell Nicola, it's true. Not long after, we were all in the living room, the Cullen family included. Alice had a vision of me with Noah, and wanted to know if Noah was alive.

"So, what exactly happened the night of your disappearance?" Nicola asked.

"Do you remember anything?" Esme wondered.

I held Noah's handing, not wanting to let go. He stood up to face everyone, still surprised that the Cullen family were also vampires because I hadn't told him about them. I stood next to him, assuring he was safe and Noah began to explain. He was with some friends, and when he went to his car, someone bite him on the shoulder. He cried in pain, remembering only red curly hair. She put him in a forest, hidden from everyone. Noah said after his change, all he could think about was his thirst. He heard some people nearby and well, we knew what happened next.

The adults spoke to him privately as I sat with the others. I was so happy and relieved. I knew he wasn't gone. After consideration, the adults decided it'd be best for Noah to stay with us. I wanted to cheer in excitement. Noah smiled and pulled me into a hug.

"Where were you? After you changed, where did you head off to." Rosalie asked.

"Home. Well, where I was born. It was just calling me. But I soon found out I couldn't be in the sunlight and the town got depressing. So, I traveled during the night, until I felt something was missing." Noah detailed and then stared at me. "I knew I had to come back to Forks. I saw the burning bodies, but no one near. So, I checked up on my parents and sister. I knew I couldn't talk to them, so I kept my distance. And then night hit, and I smelled someone familiar." Noah put his arm around me. "She lead me here."

The Cullen family hung around for some time, everyone talking. After talking about Noah, we spoke about the fight. Emmett was so surprised about my power. He hadn't seen anything like it. So, of course he had me disintegrate a few things in front of him.

"Ever tried it on multiple things?" Carlisle wondered.

"No." I shook my head. "I don't use it often."

"You should practice, you never know when you'll need it." Carlisle smiled.

"You could've made everything easier today if you had just disintegrated all of the newborns." Emmett joked.

I smirked and then my smile faded away. I couldn't dare to think of ending someone's life. After everyone left, we sat in the kitchen. Carla stated that when we had time, we would go shopping out of town for Noah. His clothes were dirty, and he would obviously need a wardrobe. I smiled at Carla for being nice and not weirding him out. Nicola stayed in the living room, watching from behind.
