Bad Boy's Diary - The New Girl

Seoul, YoonAh High School.

7:48 a.m

Seoul Soul: Welcome home, kids of the privileged. New school term, new secrets, scandals and oh, a new girl spotted. Received some tip off that she's been the new girl at almost every other prestige schools around the world. AND has never been involved in any scandals, seems like the new girl is clean as a whistle. Will she be the lonely girl on her first day or will she get in trouble with Queen Bae? We shall sit back and watch. Enjoy your first hour, kiddos.

"Oh, my, God!" Jennie screamed as we alighted from her limo.

"Jesus, sister, what's wrong?" I asked, recovering from her ear deafening scream.

"That bitch Bae stole my title as Queen Bee. Okay that aside," Jen took an inhale, "Seriously, did someone not tell SS that you actually have a childhood friend named Jennie?" She huffed in annoyance.

"Perhaps their tip off was unreliable? You never know..." I replied her as we walked into school together.

The laughter and yelling filled the school's hallway with friends hugging one another. Banners are hung all around the school to rejoice over the school's basketball team's third victory in the national tournament. Here I am, together with my childhood best friend, squeezing our way through to get to the headmistress's office.

While waiting for the headmistress to come back with our timetable, Jennie reminded me, "I know this is your first time back in Seoul after five years but you should know that, SS, is never wrong."

"Thank you, headmistress."

"Enjoy your first day here, Ms Im and Ms Kim, fix your skirt ASAP. The length is disturbing."

Jennie grunted, "Yes Headmistress Jeon."

Room J203.

8:01 a.m

Seoul Soul: Since you remembered how I am never wrong with every post I made, ex-Queen Kim, just so you know that you just became irrelevant over the winter break with you being grounded at home after almost ruining your mother's fashion show. Afterall, there can't be two Queens in a kingdom, Little J.

"Nay, I just became irrelevant after a winter break! And," Jen stopped me in the tracks and showed me about what SS posted. "Look, I just downgraded to Little J! As much as I'm pissed as nuts right now, you, my best friend, will help me win back the title as Queen."

I blinked. Double blinked. "Are you kidding? I mean how and what do I even do?"

We linked arms and entered the classroom, "You are the new girl. And, I know somehow or rather, know that something will happen and if it doesn't, I'll make it happen, and involve myself."

"As always," I added, rolling my eyes at how attention seeking my BFF is.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk. If that isn't the new girl..." A guy with his messy-like hair, chiselled jawline and kissable lips approached us. He crossed his arms over his chest and started examining me, tilting his head side to side and held his stare at me for minutes.

I cleared my throat, "Yes?"

He pulled his chair out for me, "My apologies, people call me Jungkook but you can call me yours."

Jennie's jaw dropped, wide opened, while I gave him a blank look. I literally felt goosebumps all over me. "Erm hi, nice to meet you. I'm Im Nayeon and-" Even before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me, "Oh, by the way, I need some answers for my math homework." I changed my gaze from my best friend to this 'iffy' boy. Mathematics was never my forte and I panicked. "Quick. What's your number?" I heaved a sigh of relief realising it was just another bad pick up line of his.

"That's enough, Jeon," Jen sashayed her way to us, "Nice try there buddy, but your efforts are going-"

"South," I concluded.

Just then, everyone's phone beeped.

Seoul Soul: It's not even an hour into school but it seems like things for the new girl is spicing up. Entering school with Little J? Slightly cool. Getting hit on by one of YoonAh's heartthrobs on the first day of school? Cool. But trying to hit the new girl up, while having a complicated relationship? Uncool, golden boy. Don't say I didn't warn you, new girl, but this is just the beginning before things get messy.

"Ugh, Little J again. Like as if my day is going as planned," Jennie cried. "Anyways, Jeon, Nayeon. Nayeon, Jungkook."

"Nice to meet you and I am sorry for just now," he extended his hand for a hand shake and I took it. "Hi, golden boy with a complicated relationship?"

Jungkook sighed, "Yes, complicated but don't get me wrong. I'm single and ready to mingle. In fact, I am throwing a welcome back to school party, care to join?"

A girl, who's giving me Queen Bee vibes walked towards us with her two minions following. I am assuming she's the Queen Bae SS was referring to. "Back off, bitch."

"Oops," Jen walked over her white sneakers, on purpose, adding a little black stain. "Why not you first." Queen Bae looked pissed but was holding herself back. She held her head high and cleared her throat, "Honey, let's go. We don't associate with losers, especially Little J."

"Allow me to remind you, Bae Joohyun, this is just temporary. The Little J title will be back to you soon." Jen offered a fake smile.

"Yes or no, I'll see you there." Jungkook said, offering a light peck on my hand before he left.

"Are you serious, Nay?" Jennie and I took our places at the back of the classroom.

"There? Chemistry lesson later you meant? Yeah, see ya too in the lab." I feigned ignorance and chuckled.

I've got to admit that Jungkook's a catch but I obviously don't feel anything towards him. I just wanted to get over and done with in YoonAh High School.

After back to back lessons, it was lunch time. I was on my phone, playing Superstar JYPNation while I walked towards the cafeteria. I wasn't paying attention to my surrounding and I collided into someone and fell on him.

Owwwww.

Seoul Soul: You've been warned, new girl. This is only just the calm before the storm... Things are about to get messy and you're about to get your first scandal.
