"Ok so who are you? You can at least tell me that so I don't have to call you 'werewolf #2'" I say stepping away from the circular window. He gives me the original 'really' look, his eyes reaching his eyebrows while his head was down. I shoot the look back and he sighs.
"If you must know, my name is Maximus Terrain. Most people call me Max." He says looking around.
"Well Max, how'd you end up here? And what are you looking for?" I ask starting to look around. He sighs and rolls his eyes.
" I came here when I was abandoned by my pack, I had to fight to stay in, I lost to the pack leader and he was the one who gave me this." He starts pointing to his scratch at his jaw. He then went back to looking around.
"The captain took me in and helped raise me but he died of old age about a few months ago. His first mate was someone of my kind who hates me and anyone from the other world. He locked me up when he had a chance." He says starting to pull at the bars only to fail. He sighs and moves away from them.
"So what where you doing when you where thrown in here?" He ask placing his back on the wall, out of breath, a rare sight to see.
"I did nothing to do to be thrown in here. All that I did was go into my aunts old shop." I say looking down at my shoes. I couldn't help be feel a ping of sadness. It just felt like moments ago that I was with her and my sister in that dream.  I'll get her back though. I'll hopefully soon be with my sister. I jump from my day dreaming when I hear another cell door close. I look over to see if it was Hashi or Kathryn only to be shocked more to find...
"Chief?" I ask disbelief in my voice. I see the old man with more grey in his mustache and hair, still tall but less fat then we last met. He also had blood in his mustache replacing the delicious frosted treats. He had bags under his eyes and when they met mine they turned a bit more sorrowful.
"Rookie.. they caught you too, huh?" He ask his voice dry and husk as if he had been in desert with no drinking water for days. I simply nod my head looking at the chief worryingly. Sure i didn't know the man that long before the worlds collided but he was still a connection with my sister and more importantly my father. He was an innocent man who served as a police officer most of his life, a job to help and serve the people as well as protect them. He shouldn't be treated like the criminals he caught. He sighs and looks me in the eye again.
"I'm so sorry." He says then placing his head in his hands. He starts to stifle a few sobs.
"Why are you sorry?" I ask wide eyed. He didn't do anything wrong. Did he?
"My dear friend I'm afraid I have some news." He says gasping for air between sobs and his words. It was almost like trying to understand a person with a mouthful of food, including peanut butter.
"If it wasn't for me, you and your sister may have still be together." He says hoarsely. At the mention of my sister I jump up and bolt as close to the other cell as I can.
"What are you talking about? What do you know of her? Do you know where she is? Is she alright? Is she alive? Answer me sir! Please answer me!" I yell anger suddenly in my voice. What did this man mean? What did he mean if it wasn't for him we might still be together? My mind was swirling with questions and I was ready for all the answers.
"I sent her out that day to patrol, check the people see if they where doing ok instead of staying at the office with you. I knew you two wanted to be with each other but the people came first and I did not know this would happen. I'm sorry." He says looking down and sobbing. If it wasn't for those bars, I would have attacked him straight on. How could he do this?! She wanted to stay behind!She knew something like this would happen and he pushed her out into the field! I ball my hands into a fist and go over to the corner of the cell, Max just watching without a word to say. I sit down and put my knees to my chest and my head in between my legs. He's the reason I don't know. I tell myself in my head as my eyes start to leak. He's the reason I don't know if she's alive or not. I stay in that corner for a while, Max giving me the space I needed. I soon here the same cell door open. I look over to the chiefs cell and the Elf that's there looks very solemn. I could tell in his eyes he didn't want to do what was about to be done. He took the chief by the right arm and dragged him out. He slams the cell door close and pushes the chief towards the opening hatch to the deck. They leave the hatch open. I don't know if it was for a joke or for them to just say;
"you hear that? Well that's gonna be you next. Hahaha." I heard it all though. I heard it when the chief begged for mercy, wishing for his life and to leave piece. I guess the captain just shook his head or something cause after that all I heard was a whimper, a slice of a blade and two large thumps on the deck. I swallow hard and place my hand over my mouth as tears start to fall more and more. How am I going to survive this? Where are Hashi and Kathryn? Are they ok? Or will they also possibly suffer the same fate as the good chief of police? I come back out of thought when I here a clatter on the bars of the cell. I look up to see the same elf who was here to take the chief. The hatch was closed though? How long had it been since the chiefs death? I look over to Max and he shows me the number three, while mouthing the word 'hours'. My eyes widen a bit for how long I've been out of it but then shake my head and turn my attention back to the elf.
"What do you want?" I ask my voice turning into a croak surprisingly. I really must be out of it.
"I'm here to help you take over the ship. I'm Kenta Sherwood, I was friends with Max before you came aboard and we where already planning an escape so lucky you get to also be aboard on it. Now is there anyone you might know on this ship?" He ask pointing to me and I instantly think of Hashi and Kathryn.
"Yes, my two companions a Dragonpup named Hashi and a Vampire named Kathryn. They may have came aboard with me." I say rushed a bit excited my friends may still be alive. Kenta nods.
"I know them they are alive but I can tell they are worried, probably about you, but it is good that your friends with them and not a weak little thing. Well the pup is a set back but it's all we got." Kenta says nodding to me.
"How is this going to work out?" I ask crossing my arms. They start to tell me the plan, until it soon became morning. Kenta soon had to leave or else the captain would get suspicious. Max and I still talked about the strategy, until for the fourth time the hatch door was opened. In came the werewolf that captured me. I heard Max growl with anger, as the werewolf drew closer. Stopping at the entry of the cell, the werewolf opened the cell door. Max instantly ran toward the entry only to be stopped by a small elf's magic. The same elf that captured me and by the looks of it he was a fire elf with the flame color like clothes. The elf's eyes sparked, as he used his magic, with an evil glint.
"Sorry pup, but I need the human." The werewolf captain says smiling amused at how Max was trying to fight against the magic. He then grabs my arm tightly, I could almost feel my hand loose it's circulation. Soon the werewolf kept on shoving me up towards the opening hatch and for the first time since I came on the ship, I saw sunlight. Out of the corner of my eye I see Kathryn and Hashi go wide eye. They didn't look completely well, with a few scratches and little Hashi had bags under his eyes. I only looked at them for a while until I was shoved again, until I was I was in the center of the ship. I was then tied to the mass and I cooperated. I didn't feel like I had a choice there where to many Magical creatures. They were still. The captain smirked at me, took a sword and placed its blade under my chin.
"So tell me cop, where is Audrey Blackstone?" He ask sharpness in his voice. Did he just ask where my sister was? I ask myself as I held in that position,  my mind swirling.
