I spent hours that night, chasing noises, footprints and I couldn't find him. I decided to go home, however when I got there mom and Scott were sitting there on the couch looking worried. When they saw me they both stood up instantly and wrapped their arms around me, I had already made sure the hide my gun in my belt again. I pulled away after a moment and shot them both a confused smile.

"Someone die?" I asked, a small smile on my face.

"It's 4am! We were so worried, where have you been?" Mom replied in her usual, not very good at discipline voice, but she did sound worried which made me feel guilty.

"It took a long time to drive home, but before I did I stopped off for some food, sorry I didn't mean to make you worry." I lied. All day and night consisted of trying to kill the one who got me locked up, but I couldn't find him anywhere. I needed to speak to Chris. They both sighed and Scott hugged me again.

"Seriously, i'm fine, it's just Beacon Hills." I teased, before heading up the stairs and crashing on my bed, I quickly fell asleep without even taking my shoes off.

The next morning I woke up and went to school as if nothing happened yesterday, as if my brother wasn't suicidal and as if I hadn't completely became a nut job again. I was sitting in class when I overheard Scott's phone conversation. Him and Stiles were about to leave the school when I stepped in there way, my arms folded.

"Not now Raven!" Scott said angrily and I glared at him in disbelief.

"You've ignored me for ages now! Going off and doing secretive things with Stiles, when're you going to involve me!?" I questioned, hurt laced in my voice, and the two boys looked at each other filled with guilt.

"Come on." He said under is breath and me and Stiles got into his Jeep whereas Scott got onto his motorbike, he sped off and me and Stiles trailed behind but not as fast. We sat in an uncomfortable silence until I broke it.

"Sorry for being so annoying." Stiles looked at me when I said this and he looked shocked, as if I didn't do anything wrong.

"You shouldn't be sorry, we've been so busy and we haven't been involving you in our issues, I promise you that it will stop soon." He replied and I smiled at him, the awkwardness was now full broken and we talked all the way to the animal clinic, as we pulled in I raised an eyebrow.

"Why're we here? Scott have an emergency K-9 issue or something?" I teased as we stepped out of the car, but once I saw the police cars I knew I needed to stop joking around. We only caught the end of the conversation between Scott and the Sheriff, but it was enough to know that Dr Deaton was missing, which made me upset, he used to look after me when I was little. I placed my hand on Scott's shoulder who was sitting down, and as he looked up at me he gave me a weak smile and I smiled back.

"I'll tell you if we find anything. Tara will give you a ride." The sheriff said and I nodded, I noticed that he was only talking to me.

"I'll see you both at school?" I said almost as a question, they nodded and I got into the police car and we drove off. I stared out of the window and for the first time in a long time, I felt content and actually happy to be here. I watched the green trees sway in the wind, and the I heard Tara gasp, a person was standing in the middle of the road, causing us to swerve and she lost control of the car, the last thing I remember was hitting into a large tree after rolling down the hill into the forest.

Scott's POV

We arrived at school after the conversation about telling Sheriff Stilniski about everything, but we couldn't find Raven anywhere, we thought that she'd have just gone home as she was quite lazy and could sweet talk Tara very well.
