Stiles POV
I hadn't spoken to Scott since last night. They had taken Raven to the hospital, but she was already dead, I knew she was as she died in my arms. I didn't even get to tell her, tell her how much I love her, how much she has changed my life. I didn't even get get to say goodbye...I sat at my desk, staring at the blank wall in front of me. My eyes lowered down to reveal a framed photograph, one Raven forced me to put here and I hadn't moved since. My hair was still very short, so was hers. We were looking at each other, our mouths in huge smiles as we laughed. Scott had taken picture, trying to say how cute we'd be together. We both just rolled our eyes, yet continued to laugh. That was how it was for so long. Me, Scott and Raven against the world, that was until she was taken away from us and Scott turned into a werewolf.
I sighed angrily, before lobbing the phot frame across the room, the sound of broken glass erupted as the shards of glass fell to the ground. My dad entered straight away, his eyes looked at mine and he didn't even say anything. Instead, his arms wrapped around me in a comforting hug, one which was much needed. I began to cry, like a big wuss in my dads arms, hearing her voice in my head.
"Stiles Stilinski, you're such a baby." She said in my head, mocking me with that cute little giggle of hers. I smiled, her voice made me feel happy, calm. Then I saw her, lying in a pool of her own blood, the sword in her abdomen and the tears began to fall again. She had sacrificed herself so everyone else could live, yet nobody knows what happened to the Morrigan, did she die to?
Walking through the hallway at school was the hardest part, everyone just stared. People I didn't even know knew Raven were placing flowers and candles outside of her locker, like they actually cared!? There was a crowd around her locker, and so angrily I pushed through them, only to be confronted with a photograph of her. My heart stopped once again, she had died right here in this hallway, and I could still see it, the moment the life was drained from her eyes.
I looked over to the other end of the hallway, my eyes meeting Scott's. He looked awful as he flashed me the saddest smile I had ever seen. I sighed, forgetting that we hadn't spoken and I pulled him into a hug, despite the people watching. We were practically brothers, and he needed me as much as I needed him. Throughout all this, I hadn't even thought about how everyone else would be feeling.
Me and Scott began to walk to our next class, which was finance class, A class which I knew would be too much to handle after losing Raven. As we walked, I heard distant familiar cries and saw a glimpse of Lydia in the girls bathroom. Moments later she exited, looking composed and fine, however I could still see the red tint in her eyes. She looked at me and Scott, before leaving the school, I knew how she was feeling and I knew she wanted to be alone.
Kira greeted us as we entered the classroom, just as cheery and goofy as usual, but me and Scott didn't want that today. Scott eventually snapped at her, before apologising immediately after. Surprisingly, even coach dialled down today which was strange. Even stranger, was that Scott's phon began to ring and it was Derek. Scott hurried out without asking, and I followed despite the calls from coach.
"I can't just leave school, Derek!" Scott hissed, which was weird because usually he wouldn't let anything get in the way.
"You need to come now, I'm telling you, I've never seen anything like it." Derek insisted, causing Scott to sigh.
"Fine, I'll be there in 10 minutes, don't do anything stupid." Scott said before hanging up the phone. He turned to face me, and I gave me a single nod, telling him that I was ready. His eyes then reverted to behind me, I turned to see Lydia and Kira, both readying themselves. We knew we had to back up Scott, we had no clue how weak he really was without Raven. I can already see the affects, he hasn't spoken barely a word to anyone, including me.
