Concon's POV

I woke up with a startle. I rolled over my bed and groaned.

It's the first day of school and I HATE SCHOOL, everything about it except for my friends.

I trudged into my bathroom and took a shower.

I wore a simple black tee, grey hoodie, black skinny jeans and grey converse.

Then I went downstairs and took my breakfast, nibbling on the pancake slowly.

"Goodmorning sleepyhead, excited?" My brother teased. I rolled my eyes on him.

"Yeah, super". He just chuckled.

"You better be fast my princess, don't want to be late for your first day don't you?

"Oh shut up!". He laughed at me then walked off.

My brother is a little weird. But we're close. We always tease each other and the laugh our asses off with our own jokes.

I know, both of us are weird. But when I'm with him, I get to be a little clumsy and carefree, maybe because I know his with me.

He always got my back and I got his. So it did not matter if I do these stupid things because I know it's only between him and me.

We usually get into tons of trouble when we were younger, but he's too busy with taking care of our company so we seldom bond now.

I went to school a little too early. Not that I was excited. I just did not want to be among the horde of students getting to school in time and be stressed with their non-sense stories.

If I care about anyone's stories it would be only for my friends but we spend most of the summer together so there's not much to share.

It was real quiet and I love it. Few minutes from now, the school corridors will be filled with students' chatters and I don't want to be part of that.

I walked to our to-be-classroom and sat on the seat at the back of the room. I took my iPod out and started to listen rock songs.

Seika's POV

I woke up too early in the morning. My room was still dim and there's no light coming from the window.

I lay back on my bed but couldn't go back to sleep.

I looked at the clock by my bedside and it say's 4:03 am. I sighed.

My mind's wondering to what this day would bring me. I'm kinda excited yet nervous at the same time.

I groaned. 'Not good Seika. Come on, that's not a good way to make you feel confident about yourself.'

I decided to get up and prepare breakfast than to give myself a nervous break down. I jump off my bed and went to kitchen, poking around the refrigerator until I found eggs and bacon.

"Why are you up so early darling?" Mom asked.

"Oh, I woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep."

"Are you excited?"

"I guess?" I replied.

"That's good." She smiled. "Go on and get ready, I'll take care of this" taking the spatula out of my hands.

"Ok. Thanks."

I took a shower and got dressed into skinny jeans, a shirt, and converse.

Putting a slight make up on my eye bags to conceal it and then contemplated if I'll just continue with the whole make up thing.

I shook my head. 'You're not going there to get noticed and have a date! Get a grip on yourself Seika.'

I looked at myself at the mirror. 'You can do this. It does not matter if you're new. You HAVE to do this, for your family, for yourself.'

I nodded back to my reflection as if agreeing with it. I took a deep breath and marched to the kitchen to get my breakfast.

"You ready?" Khen said.

"Yeah. I'll be there in a few." As I grabbed my bag and placed a kiss on my mother's cheek, I whirled to meet Khen on the driveway. I sat on the passenger's seat closing the door behind me.

"Let's go." I said eagerly.

He looked at me. "What?" I asked. He shook his head chuckling.
