Yuri lay on the couch, wishing Otabek was back. It was Yuri's day off and frankly, he didn't have much to do. Sure there were things like going out to eat and petting random stray cats, but he did both of those things around 3 times last week. He decided just to lounge around and scroll through social media. He was happily flipping through Instagram until.... *Zap* a fuse blew and the internet was out.
"Grandpa?" Yuri called.
"What is it?" The man called.
"The internet's out!" The teen called back.
"I think the storm blew out the fuse!" Yuri's grandpa responded.
Yuri looked outside and indeed, a storm had knocked over a tree and blew a fuse.Yuri stared at the clock. "Should I call someone?" He asked.
"No, I got it, just go do something." His grandpa replied.🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅🐅
Yuri rang the doorbell to the apartment. Ring! After no one came to the door he tried again. Ring! Ok, maybe a few more times. Ring! Ring! Ring! Finally, a tired looking Mila answered the door.
"Why are you here?" she asked.
"I was bored." Yuri answered."Come in." Mila gestured to her living room.
Yuri situated himself on the couch.
"Do you want some coffee?" Mila offered.
Yuri nodded "With cream and sugar."
Mila gave Yuri his coffee and sat down in the chair beside him with one of her own."So, you're here because you're bored?" she held back a laugh.
"Yeah, what's it to you?" Yuri snapped back.
"Oh nothing." Mila chuckled.
"I'm guessing Otabek's gone then?" her eyebrow raised.
"Well yeah. But hey that has nothing to do with it!" The blonde growled.
"Sure sweetie." Mila joked condescendingly.
"I'm serious, the wifi was out!" Yuri whined.
"Then I suppose you'd be ok if I.... Dated him?" She cocked her head.
Yuri's fist tightened, he hadn't thought of this as a possibility.
"Go right ahead, Hag." Yuri huffed.
"Ok then, if you won't challenge me to Otabek's heart, then I'll challenge you to... Monopoly!" Mila pulled a box from her shelf.
"Why not." Yuri shrugged.
