No one sees them, they are
Invisible.
Unwanted.
They try to speak, try to be helped,
But they are invisible.
Their invisibility is
Unwanted.
People ignore them, people walk by,
For they do not wish to help what they cannot see.
The invisible cry, but no one sees their tears.
The invisible starve, but no one gives them food.
The invisible shiver.
And yet no one gives them the warmth of being noticed.
Because people can't love what they can't see.❤️Author's Note❤️- So, this was a poem about the homeless. I notice that a lot of times people just walk on by them, pretending they can't hear their cries for help. Don't be that person. Help them if they need help, and give them a smile to let them know that they are not invisible.
