"Pretend you don't know me."

He said as he stood up and walked away efter saying yet a few words.

"I'll do the same."

I stayed quiet.

What's that supposed to mean.

The Daniel that always helped me out and brightly smiled at me doesn't want to see me anymore?

I tilted my head down and looked at my hands that were clenched together.

"But you're dear to me Daniel.."

I barely heard myself whisper.

My sight became blurry and I layed my head on the table.

I believe I felt a few tears rolling down my cheek.

I banged my head in the table several times.

"Excuse me miss but that's not healthy."
The waitress had come with our orders.

Or my orders.

I looked up at her and she seemed surprised when she saw my face.

"Are you okay?"
She asked sincerely. I suppose I really had cried.
"Be strong!"

Okay maybe she wasn't so bad.

She patted my back and left, bringing my tea with her.
I didn't need it now I guess.

I stood up and walked out of the cafe.

Right as I stepped outside the door a raindrop hit my nose. Then another one on my head and then ten became a thousand.
It began to rain heavily and sadly I didn't bring an umbrella.

I entered the house.

What did I do for this to happen?

Should I do as he told me? Ignore him and pretend not to know him?

I couldn't possibly do that.

But there's no way I'm going to think about this right now.
I'm too tired.

Even though I was so tired that I barely was able to think it was very hard to fall asleep.. For some reason..

I woke up late the next day.

Late for school.

I rushed and missed about half an hour. I had never been late to school before.

First and last time that would happen, I told myself.

I suppose I'm one of those good kids,
study hard and so on.

I barged in to the classroom and obviously disturbed the lesson.
The teacher gave me an annoyed look and I also saw Rayeon, but she seemed more worried and surprised.

I sat down and barely catched my breath before Rayeon flicked me on the forehead and asked.

"Why are you late?"

I sighed and gave her a simple smile.

"Let's talk later"
I answered.

"He said what?!"
She yelled so loud that everyone walking by us took a second look.
"Why?!"

I tried to calm her down.

"That's what I don't understand"
I told her.

But even though he told me that it didn't involve me I can't help but think the other way around.

If it didn't have to do with me then he wouldn't react like that whenever I asked if that was the case.
I know him.

Of course there's no way I'll know for sure though. Only if he tells me.

"Well do you know what"
Raeyeon interrupted my thoughts.

"I've had a similar thing happened to me lately"
She didn't seem happy, more annoyed.

I gave her a confused look and and she began telling me her whole story.

'...To long to write...'

"And so he hasn't contacted me for several days"
She said and waited for my reaction.

"Woah!"

So Seongwoo acts odd too.

What are they up to. What's bothering them.
