Soph and Anthony grew closer as time passed they were awkward, but grew closer together. Anthony usually walked, and ran, Soph to work most of the time but when she asked he'd disappear to give her space. But she never really knew where he went. Her curiosity grew each time, and finally she made the decision. She decided to find out.
"You want anything specific to drink with your food Soph?" He asked as he pulled out some glasses. She shook her head.
"No thank you. Just water." She starred at him. "Where does he go that's so secretive I can't find it?" She thought to herself. She started to list thing in her head. "Not that bench, or the beach, or the park, or the coffee shop, or the animal shelter... where? I don't know any other places he goes..." She's pulled from her daze when Anthony smiles and tries to get her attention.
"Hey, Soph, you in there?" He chuckles. "Dinners ready." She smiles.
"Yeah thanks." She walks over and sits down. "Hey uh... Anthony... Can I have some alone time after dinner?" She looks up at him. He smiles.
"Of course. If you want time by yourself I won't beg to stay." He starts to eat.
"Thanks." She says with a smile. "As usual he'll leave. But this time I'll follow him." She thought to herself.
